  • Lack of transparency, dealer doesn’t fix cars

1 out of 5 starsby DKConnor on 02/20/2025

Stay away from this shady dealer! $6,000 loss I have to pay over time. They are very smart at their games and taken advantage of me. I bought a 2013 Prius advertised $8,695 to get me in the door and they over charged me $2,600. They will not disclose the real price and had me sign for over $11,300. They put a fine print buried in the ad to get around legal trouble. The dealer did not promise to clean and restore the interior that I asked for before signing. They just say whatever to get my down payment and signature. Later I found out the car is really worth $5,000 because I found expensive repairs the next day all over the car. I keep complaining and they will say anything to get rid of you. I got a call a few days before my first payment is due and this is what I think went down… The owner Marcus called me pretending to care about my financial trouble and offered first payment only for me to realize later his motive was to get rid of the car and make the lender take it when the first payment went through which is opening me up to repo by the bank and not the dealership which is a lot worse. I was already skeptical of why would such a shady dealership reach out to help me. Don’t let them rip you off. This car and the lack of transparency has put me in debt slavery for an extra 1-2 years.
  • Add one not included in list price are not legal in California!

2 out of 5 starsby Ed Kaufman on 07/29/2024

I was interested in the Jaguar until I read the part about paying for installed items! This is illegal in California. The price listed must include anything added by the dealer! In addition, the items listed, "edge security" and "GPS" are usually added by unscrupulous dealers simply to increase the price! If this, or any other dealer, has added these to your purchase, you can contact the California Consumer Fraud Department.
  • [non-permissible content removed] Service!!!

1 out of 5 starsby John on 08/17/2023

I put in online for somebody to get ahold of me about a truck. Never got a call. So I called this morning and dude answers the phone and says, “hello…” when I asked if it was the dealership he said, “Yup…” when I asked if I could do some paperwork for financing the guy said, “It’s cash only bro…” and then he said, “have a good day bro.” And hung up on me!!! Now when I call back he ignores my phone call. What a terrible way to do business. [non-permissible content removed]! Absolutely [non-permissible content removed] way to deal with customers.
