They go way out of their way to help make customers satisfied with the purchase of their vehicles. Their expertise, their professionalism,… friendly personalities, their concern for the wants n needs of their customers far surpasses any other dealers we have ever went to. They are the very best of the best. We recommended family n friends to Paradise n we always tell them to deal with these two. I've tried to answer all these emails, so again, please feel free to forward this… reply to anyone that really should need a reply. Joel, I appreciate that you did not pressure me about buying a car. I explained my situation with my lease being up in November but you did not push. I asked to get quotes about the car I was leasing and about three different models in regards to purchasing: you did just that. Because you may have forgotten, I had brought my 2013 Cruze in for an oil change with Paul Powell. I've dealt with Paul for at least 10 years; I trust him and consider him a friend. THIS IS THE 5TH CAR I HAVE PURCHASED OR LEASED THROUGH PARADISE. I think my repeat business should say enough. Joel, you made me laugh when you told me to "drive the car like I had stolen it". I will never forget that, ever! You made me laugh! I had to ask you to repeat what the heck you said - as a surveillance agent for Pechanga; I catch bad people all the time. So, for someone to say that to me; must admit, my first reaction was "HUH"? I have recommended and will always recommend Paradise Chevrolet as a place to go buy/lease a car. He gave her a great price for her trade in and found her the car she wanted in the price range she could afford. My daughter and I went together with her 2 1/2 year old and 5… month old daughters.
