by LarrysEquinox on 09/17/2018Today marks the 5th NEW vehicle we have purchased from Mr. Gilmore and our local Paradise Chevrolet dealership here in the Temecula Valley. A pleasant transaction with Steve Burchfield from Internet dept., his manager, finance, allstate… insurance, service staff, used car manager for appraisal of our traded in vehicle. Believe me, it was a seamless effort. We have been searching for the right car for over a solid year. In fact, we've test drove, sat in, entered and exited so many vehicles it had become a blur, UNTIL yesterday when we stopped by Paradise. I strongly recommend this dealership. Mr. Gilmore and his entire staff are honorable folks. Rest assured, we look forward visiting the service dept and in just 3 short years when our new lease is up, we will be back to lease or buy a new vehicle. Thanks to everyone. Top Notch Salesman!

I was a little hesitant because I knew I was upside-down on my current vehicle so I knew I'd have to add the negative equity to the new vehicle. I had previously purchased my car here… at Paradise three years ago and had amazing service. I felt confident walking in and met Damoine. He was very warm and welcoming and listened to my issues. He was very patient and understanding. I felt he took care of me all the way through. I would totally recommended anyone visiting this Dealership to ask for Damoine.Thanks for the kudos. It was by far the best experience we ever had. Margaret Gunn completely eliminated all the… stress and frustration typically associated with purchasing a vehicle. Salesman do not take the time

They would not take the time to answer questions. I ended up just leaving. These people might kill you!
by TimothyC on 01/24/2018These people might kill you! I bought a 2018 Camaro SS 1LE and they didn't check the suspension. My suspension started making noise shortly after buying it so I took it to a different dealer to have it checked. That dealer told me that… all cars should be checked during pre delivery inspection and paradise was literally risking my life by giving me a car with suspension that had not been checked and that any decent tech would have immediately known their was a problem had they actually checked. So paradise either employees the inept or doesn't do the work they are suppose to to ensure your safety. Like being alive? The buying experience from Pardise - Temecula

Since the sales folks know at the end of the process the buyer will get the last word, they (the sales staff) know that they have to be on their… good behavior and say and do tbe right things to garner as favorable responce from the customer. That is called professionalism. In my case that is what happened. Everyone from Pardise Chevrolet performed very professionally and did theiy job extremely well and without any noteable issues or concerns. The real test of their professional skills will come now with the after tbe sale service. Hopefully, their skills will include paying attention to detail and follow up with the customer.
