I started working with my local Chevy dealer and they assured they could find the one I was looking for. I also visited a couple Web sites including Paradise Chevy. I spent… several days with the other dealer with little luck. In the mean time I received an email from Lance at Paradise. In Lance's email he stated that they offered lifetime oil changes on their vehicles so I decided to check it out. When I visited Paradise I explained to Lance exactly what I was looking for and how I wanted it equipped. He checked their inventory and found what I wanted. The one thing I wanted was towing mirrors. He checked with the parts department and found that they were available for the 1500. I told them that I was also working with the other dealer and felt that I owed it to the other dealer to give them priority. They knew that they had exactly what I wanted but they put no pressure on me to buy their truck which made me feel relaxed. I went back to the other dealer to see what they had found. They found a third party source for the mirrors and said that GM did not have the mirrors available yet for the 1500. After a couple hours they came to me and said that they checked a 250 mile radius and could not find a Silverado 1500 equipped they way I wanted it. I went back to Paradise and closed the deal and I am a very happy camper. The whole process was easy and smooth.Jerry, I really appreciate you being so kind as to write this review about our dealership. Later, when I felt ready, I went in and met with Kevin Brooks because Joe was not… working that day. Kevin showed us the models (quickly because it was 106 out) and we knew which car we wanted (Chevy Cruze) having looked online already. We took the car for a test drive and were happy with it so we went in to do the paperwork. My credit was not goood (awful really) but the dealership did a great job finding something that would work for me and was a much better interest rate than I was expecting. We inquired through USAA car buying service and Paradise was right up there in low price discounts with other San Diego dealers. They honored the online pricing offered. We… purchased a 2013 Tahoe, and felt like we got a great deal with the options we got. She was very friendly and compassionate to our needs. I would recommend her to family and friends. Overall the personnel to include sales, service, sale managers, and body shop look like great people. The lot and interior building is immaculate. I felt as though this is the most professional car business I had ever been through. They offer free oil changes. If you are in the market for a new Chevy or Cadillac for purchase or lease, Paradise is where I would start.We really appreciate the fact that you took the time to share this five star review with us. The vehicle I was driving at the time was a Mercedes Benz, and the service and maintenance was killing ($250 for an oil change). We had been looking at the… Chevy Cruse and were very interested. So we drove to Paradise and met with Becky Young. She was awesome! Extremely polite, and professional! Very knowledge about the vehicles and she had a great sense of humor! There was no pushy efforts to get us into a car. She was very easy to deal with and pleasant to work with. No haggling over payments, down payments, non of the usual stuff we all hate from car dealerships. She got our info, went back to finance and came back with us approved through GMAC, and told us our payment! It was the easiest time we have ever had at a car dealer! My mother also bought a car here several years ago and this dealership took very good care of her then and still do on her services! I received a call from Christian Ricks at Paradise Chevrolet and was told that a car with all the requested options was available. I had intended to buy from another… dealer closer to my home, the level of professionalism encouraged me to drive 40 miles to Paradise Chevrolet. When I arrived I was greeted offered water and then test drove the car I'd been waiting for, not a volt with a different color, different interior or a non low emission volt. Christian actually had the car I requested! My wife and I were never pressured and the sales process was not a hassle at all. Christian showed my wife and I how to operate the volt and encouraged us to contact him if we had additional questions. Buying from Paradise was a great experience and we recommend purchasing from this dealership.No Hassle Car Buying

I first talked to Kevin B. who walked the lot to confirm the vehicle I was interested in was still available and then worked with me to schedule my appointment when it was convenient… for me. Josh R. had the vehicle ready for my test drive when I arrived, explained features and options on the vehicle and then made sure the purchase paperwork was handled quickly.
