by Zygo on 10/24/2014There was one slight error (wrong extra key and owner's manual) but quickly fixed the next day. All three salesmen, ending with Rick, were professional and personable. No hard selling (which is a turn off) but lots of friendly, patient… and nice employees.Excellent Service

Lance who sold us the Traverse had amazing customer service skills and even came in on his day off to make sure that… we knew everything about our new car and to make sure that we were happy with it, Steve the sales manager was also exceptional and addressed all issues that concerned us, super curtious and sincere! Lance and Steve made the perfect team! As far as the service department, Diego was also amazing, he took care of all the issues on the car and was very professional and also very curtious! Oil change
by VicHoward on 10/03/2014Scott our rep was and always is very good. However, some things took longer than expected. It always irritates us that we get the car back with the radio blasting. Also this time whoever did the oil change did not change the setting… showing percent of oil life available and did not put a new sticker in the window. My first car buying experience
by Collinpk on 09/01/2014I was reffered by a friend to go to paradise chevy in temecula i wasnt to sure at first because i tried to get approved for a car the past few months and no one would help me or work with me. i was reffered to the sales rep Shaun T. after… the first 30 seconds of meeting him he already made me feel like he wanted to help me which is a huge plus for me because i work in sales also and i strive to make the customer experience one to remember and that is exaclty what shaun did for me he showed me a few cars and didint see to much that i was interested in untill we came across the acura TSX it was little more than i was looking to pay but i still wanted to see about it. we took it for a test drive and i was hooked on the car it had everything i wanted and shaun made everything easy after i decided to see what my options were as far as payments went. i thought i was going to have a 415$ monthly payment at first when we ran the numbers then the awesome credit department and shaun came back and told me my payments were only gonna be 341$ a month!!! i was so happy and couldnt belive that i was gonna get a NICE car with all the hook ups inside for that price monthly it was honestly the best experience i could have gotten and i would recommend anyone to shaun and paradise chevy thank you so much for help me get into my first nice car!!!!!! sincerly Collin KittrellCollin, it was a pleasure to read about your first buying experience working with Shaun and the rest of the staff.
