Usually Good, But Not Happy With Recent Experience
by Harley Cohen on 08/09/2023I feel like the quality of service has gone down ever since Hello bought the dealership from John Hine of Temecula. For this scheduled service I specifically asked to have the cabin filter replaced given a history of recommending it in the… past, but never asking if I wanted it done. I had to see it on the checklist when picking up the car. Not only did they not replace it this time, but the checklist said it was fine. When I raised the issue with the service advisor who was there when I picked up the car, I got a long explanation that had nothing to do with why it was not replaced. The car was also supposed to be washed while there which did not occur eitherHello Harley, Thank you for reaching out to us with feedback from your visit. Top notch service

by John smith on 06/09/2023I dropped off my car for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to take a look at the eyesight because the car had been acting funny. They said they cannot and that I would have to book a separate appointment. I then asked for a… shuttle to take me 4 miles down the road to work. They said they don’t have a shuttle. I asked for an Uber and they said no, all travel accommodations would have to be arranged by me. All other dealers in the area will call you a rideshare free of charge, including the dealer I bought the car from in Riverside. I asked if I could take an extended test drive of a car to my office and return in an hour and half when my car would be done. They said no. So I had to pay for an Uber to and from work to make a meeting.
