My new Tacoma adventure

The whole process was very smooth no crazy negotiation we reached a fair price for my trade and my new truck.my salesman Sim was very knowledgeable about the truck and was patient and calm I never felt pressure or rushed.The finance dept… was quick and explained the benefits of an extended warranty and a 7 year service contract and I decided to purchase both.Go see Sim at Stockton Toyota Town you can’t go wrong.

It all started with a Chevy Equinox YEARS AGO....2nd car was a 2018 RAV4, 3rd was my son's 2019 Toyota Corolla, 4th… is my 2020 Toyota Highlander, 5th was my son's 2022 Toyota Camry Hybrid and today my 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Woodland Edition. Toyota Town takes care of their customers....you need a Toyota....Toyota Town is the place to go.Easy and convenient

Always greeting you with a pleasant smile, very genuine and appriciative. Erick has been my service writer for some time… now, always keeps me informed on the progress of the service and if there is something that might cause problems down the road he is on it notifies me and lets me know about my options. Everyone here if fantastic. I dont worry about my service work its always spot on. Lots of experienced individuals behind the scene making it very easy for me to bring my car here. by LorinSS on 06/01/2025We contacted Toyota Town of Stockton as a possible location to purchase a new 2025 Grand Highlander Hybrid, which could not be found in stock anywhere in the area. We dealt mostly with "Sim". Most importantly, Sim confirmed to us that… this dealership did not require a "Dealer's mark up" of thousands of dollars (as other dealerships did). Sim first tried to locate our particular desired vehicle at other dealerships and after seeing none were available, he offered to keep us updated should our vehicle become available to reserve. Within a couple of weeks, Sim contacted us telling us our make and model could be reserved and tentatively could be delivered in 6-8 weeks. Less than two weeks later, Sim contacted us saying that our desired model was available for purchase in stock at their dealership. We went the next day and were excited to see that in fact our Grand Highlander hybrid max platinum was available. We test drove the vehicle and were pleased with everything we saw about the it. We made the purchase with what had been offered as the price, with no surprises, and now are the new proud owners. Sim was very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful with all aspects of the sale and orientation of the vehicle. We would definitely not only recommend this dealership to potential buyers, but we plan on returning in the future for any additional Toyota purchases we may consider.The way car buying should be!
