    Dealer charging a $1500 fees for literally nothing, advertised the car for 7k but OTD closer to 12k. Forced 699 document fee

    After trying to negotiate then down, my wife and I offered the full advertised price for one of their vehicle. They began drafting the documents. When they presented it b to us, it had an additional $1,500 for an "anti-theft" device, in… violation of California law. They refused to lower the price.
