First Honda impressions: professional, friendly, low key atmosphere. Clean, modern facilities. Small town hospitality in Simi, a quick 15 minute drive from the West Valley. Sales rep Zabi, nicknamed "Z" was great to work with. Negotiation was brief and cordial. As with any dealer, do your homework first so you're prepared to make the best deal. Recommend putting First Honda on your list of dealers to visit.

From the moment walked up, I was greeted with friendly faces and helpful minds. Lenny, Dean, Johann, and Ozzy were all so helpful with my questions and concerns. On one of my visits, Bob and I even had a great conversation about community connections. I really felt like I was seen and heard and that my needs were validated. I never felt pressured and only felt supported. I am so grateful to all of you for your help! I will definitely recommend First Honda for anyone looking for a car.

Fast, courteous, and honest! The service code suggested that the air filter needed replacement. However the service tech noticed that it had been replaced during the previous visit and stated that it would not be done again! THAT'S HONESTY
