Bought another new car today at BMW of Monterey, and once again, it was a very positive experience. Client Advisor John Polli is the best. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest, has superb communication skills, and genuinely cares and respects customers. I've been going to him for many years, and have no reason to go anywhere else. Bravo BMW of Monterey!

    the salesperson was professional and forthcoming..well groomed...friendly..everyone at the dealership was wearing a smile and said 'hello'....it was a relaxed atmosphere...my last bmw was purchased 14 years ago so the new technology was overwhelming..and some of it i will never use..but the dealership has kept in touch to make certain i am becoming familiar with the car...i appreciate that since i am on my own...

    Joe Campo was my service rep and I can't speak highly enough about him as a representative. No questions, took care of the issues, provided me with a loaner car, followed up before and during service. We drove to Monterey to service the car after poor service from Stevens Creek BMW. Well worth the drive.

    We found a nail in our tire, and it would not keep pressure. On arriving at the dealer late in the day, they initially said we would have to leave the car; but came back shortly and told us they would fix the car on the spot. Excellent customer service!

    My initial phone call to your dealership was not very good. The phone rang numerous times before being answered by a female who just said hello? I had to ask if this was Monterey BMW? She then forwarded me to service where I this time received a voice message machine? Not a very good start to a first time service visit to your dealership. However all was handled when I received a nice call from Amber who set up my service appt. she set me up with Joe who was equally pleasant and very nice to my wife and I. The vehicle was dropped of at 9:15 am, I received a call from Joe as promised at 2 PM to inform that our vehicle was done and ready for pick up. Besides the initial call which was horrible the rest of the service experience went very well. I would like to personally thank Amber and Joe for saving your dealership from possibly loosing a new customer.

    Monterey BMW service staff are the best. They listen to the customer and solve problems. They are always honest and helpful. The cost of service is always lower than the "special discounts" offered by other BMW dealers.

    I don't like buying cars, but this was a good experience-- thanks principally to the efforts of salesman Phil Holmes. There was a delay to meet with the financial office for the actual purchase, when I had to cool my heels, but otherwise things went very smoothly.

    I have consistently received excellent service from this dealership, despite my having purchased a slightly used BMW from a private party. They have embraced me and my car, have provided prompt, professional and courteous service. My next car will be purchased from them.

    I bought a leftover 2015 sight unseen and had the car shipped to Atlanta, GA. These guys were awesome. Thorough with all the paperwork, easy negotiations and the car arrived without a mark.

    We have worked with Michael Godick (Sales Consultant) at Monterey BMW for the past 10+ years. Our experience has always been positive, fair, easy to process and satisfying. We have, and still do, recommend Michael to our own friends in this area. He's the best. Also, the financial services, auto maintenance services, and all staff at this local dealership are the VERY best we have ever experienced. Thank you so much again!

    I have had a great experience in leasing and buying my X3 at this dealership. Even though it's far from where I live in bay area, I don't mind going back to them for my next car. The sales folks are knowledgeable, not pushy which is an important factor for me, listened my needs and able to provide me the best deal possible. I couldn't even match the same price with my nearest 5 star dealerships in bay area. They go out of their way to please their customers. Misha is an excellent salesman with prompt and superior customer service.

    I am not a person that normally write reviews, but in this case I am more than happy to. I came into BMW of Monterey with a 75% certainty that I wanted to buy a brand new 3 series BMW. After meeting with Gary Kihs, I was greeted with a warm genuine greeting. He kept his professionalism the whole time. What I really enjoyed was the test drive experience. We went on about a 25 mins test drive which is far longer than every test drive I have been on with my past 3 car buying experiences at other dealerships. He was very knowledge about the car and answered all the questions I had. At the end of the test drive there was no doubt in my mind I wanted to buy this car. I went through USAA car buying services and my loan so it was very simple from that point forward. I traded in my car and got a fair price for it. Couple hours later I was driving of the lot. The very next day I received a call from Mr. Kishs asking if there was any questions I had about the car. I was surprised because I have never had a salesmen ever follow up with me before. Not once did I feel pressured through the entire process and here's the crazy part, I felt like I made a friend at the end of the car buying experience. 5 out of 5 stars.

    Customer service is always the key to buying a new car and Parris went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience buying my first new BMW. The whole team was very professional and courtesy. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. For buying such a large purshase the vehicle, customer service and BMW experience was flawless. Thank you BMW of Monterey.

    Woke up to a flat tire. Called Bmw service rep, Joe, he said "bring it in I'll have the guys throw it up on the rack and check it out" I came right in and within an hour I was on my way with a new tire. Old one had a nail in it. Thank you Bmw for quick service!!!

    I guess it's hard to answer a question about the "quality of work performed on my vehicle". How would I know? The reason I take my car for service and repair is because I don't know how to do it myself...so how can I say if you provided qood quality or not?

    This was a great car buying experience, and Gary K. made it truly special. He kept me informed on the building and shipping status from Leipzig to Monterey. He got me an awesome interest rate for financing (better than I got from 3 large bamks, one of whom I have a Private Banking relationship and 20-year employee relationship with). Gary spent time teaching me about the car functions (my other car is a 2004 330Ci, manual transmission, far less in the way of standard bells and whistles). The financing lady was great as well. Everything cost less than I expected. I'm buying from BMW Monterey from here on out!

    At the time of leasing my 3.20i I never stepped into BMW. I was greeted at the door with above and beyond customer service. When deciding on a car I was taken to a salesman named Bob, who asked me what was important to me in a car. Then together we looked at cars based on the aspects I wanted. He did not try to up sale and listened. The quality of the car far exceeded my expectations. I will continue to stay with BMW, based on quality and customer service.

    I have never bought a car and had such a seamless sales experience. The BMW cars speak for themselves but the courtesy and service were beyond my expectation. I appreciate the respect and integrity that the team brought to the process.

    Due to some unforeseen circumstances I needed to trade in my current lease. Gary from BMW went above & beyond average customer service. Because of his attention to detail and hard work the whole process went very smooth. Thanks to his effort I was able to get into a great car (528 Limited) I know my wife and I will enjoy this car and we look forward to bringing our business back to BMW of Seaside.
