I recently took my fleet truck in for a standard oil change, and the team at Platinum Chevrolet found several issues with the vehicle that could have become much more serious if left unresolved. The team picked me up and dropped me off, ordered all necessary parts, and had my truck completed in a timely manner.

    A devoted Subaru owner/lover, I haven't bought a new car in 15 years, and I expected it to be a hassle and for the salesperson to try to rip me off (cynical much?) What I experienced at Platinum Chevrolet was the exact opposite of that. I had done a lot of research ahead of time about the Volt, so I knew the right questions to ask. Joe Herrera was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and no pressure. I really just felt like he was there to help me rather than rip me off. I trusted him right away. When I found the actual car I wanted at another dealership, Joe and Gerry bent over backwards to get the car to Santa Rosa for me. After we negotiated (which was really easy and I felt like I got a good deal,) I made an appointment to pick up the car and do all the paperwork. Everyone there- especially Joe and Mark and Nicole- worked hard to make extra sure I was happy and satisfied with their service. Platinum Chevy completely changed the way I feel about buying a car. I am THRILLED with my new Volt, and I am in the process of talking a good friend of mine into considering one as his next car. I already gave him Joe's number. I look forward to going to visit and say Hi when I come back to get my oil changed. I feel like the is the beginning of a really good relationship between Chevy and me.

    Jen was my service agent. She was friendly, professional, efficient and willing to go the extra mile if I needed it. I really enjoy working with her and am glad that she is still with the dealership. She is really one of those good employees filled with knowledge about their job and great people skills.     The salesperson, Chris Foy, was very professional and helpful. The rest of the team was, as well. The process to purchase was as smooth as can be expected, considering the number of forms, etc. that are required. We will definitely consider buying a car here again.

    Salesperson Chris Navarro & Platinum Chevrolet highly recommend - he listened to my needs, found the car (love it) I wanted and the whole buying experience was the best I've had in 40 years of buying cars.

    I've been trading here for a few years now. The service writer is friendly and knowledgable. She schedules me with my favorite service tech and the work is always done right the first time. They will talk to you about the service and explain the details if you ask.

    Sales Person Eric was wonderful, very friendly,answered all my questions, wan't pushy. And worked out a way to get the car I wanted for a price that I could afford. I would recommend to go there to buy a car.

    Brought in my new Volt to have the upholstery treated. On the way there the car developed an antenna problem. They fixed the antenna but never treated the upholstery, and they had it for SIX days. I didn't even notice until the next day -- and when I went back to get the upholstery warranty they admitted they hadn't done it. If I hadn't asked they wouldn't have said a thing.
