Never did get the windshield sun screen I was promised which was disappointing. Probably should have not given 5 stars so soon

Courteous and Professional
by PAJAMAMOM on 04/06/2025Car shopping, especially as a woman shopping alone, can be a nightmare. After a terrible experience at another Mercedes dealer, I reached out to Reza Abniki at W.I. Simonson about a particular pre-owned car and let him know that my time was… limited and the parameters of the deal I was looking for. To my surprise, Reza was happy to accommodate. He was friendly, courteous and professional. My time was respected, the car was ready to test drive when I got there, and the entire transaction was completed in a couple of hours. He made sure that my phone was properly synched with the car and that all of my questions were answered before I drove off. He followed up the next day to be sure I was happy with my purchase. I am a Mercedes customer now -- and a W.I. Simonson customer too!We are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience! We look forward to your next visit! Take care!
Bad experience
by Crafytlady on 03/19/2025updated 03/27/2025I bought my car drove off lot and check engine light came on. I wasn’t able to drive the car for 3 weeks due to repairs needing to be made. They towed my car kept it for a week brought it back still with check engine light on. I took it to… my local Lexus dealer and got it fixed. They did pay for it but I still had to make a car payment for a car I didn’t have to drive. for the month. Beware of Sketchy Sales Tactics!
by T Lopez on 12/15/2024Beware of this incredibly sketchy unprofessional dealership. Especially a Mercedes dealer where you would expect them to at least meet the basic standards of customer service! Were we set up for a Bait and Switch? We found a car (GLB 250)… on Edmunds.com with low mileage and contacted the dealer. We had an appointment with Manager Fredy Giragodian to see the car. We cancelled our dinner plans with friends for the evening and drove 1 1/2 hours to the dealership. When we got there no one was on the lot and no one greeted us. Finally someone came across the street and asked if we needed help because Fredy was busy. When we told him the car we were there to see he told us the car was sold - and wanted to see if we were interested in looking at other cars. If in fact it was sold - and I'm not convinced it was sold or that they even have the car tor sale - then why not at least the professional courtesy of a simple phone call or text to save us the long drive - just to be disappointed? And Fredy didn't even have the decency to come out and tell us himself. This is how he manages the business? So why my concerns that they didn't have the car in the first place (or didn't intend to sell it at the listed price)? And why my concerns it was just a Bait/Switch scheme to get us on the lot to buy another car? According to the listing at Edmunds and the Simonson web site the CarFax report shows the car had been at the dealership for 2 months. Unsold and with numerous price drops. So we contact them and change all our plans and come to the dealership within 3 hours and the car has now magically sold in those few hours? Also there was a 20% discrepancy between the listed mileage of 4242 miles) and the Carfax mileage of 5026 miles. Wrong mileage?? Again really sketchy!!
