    We purchased the best car ever we could have and our sales rep MANSOUR helped us a lot since we didn’t know what to buy. We were almost buying a Mercedes but so so glad that got this electric BMW Mansour gave us all the information and he helped us to go through the process so easy.

    This was the fifth vehicle I’ve purchased from Stevens Creek BMW and the experience has been great as always. I always go to the same sales person - TJ - and he takes care of all my needs. He has been great to work with on all my purchases, finds exactly what I want, is punctual, knowledgeable, and gets me the best deals. The rest of the team at Stevens Creek is also always a pleasure to work with - they make the whole process, from time I enter the dealership to the time I sign the deal, friendly, fast, and pleasant. Would always recommend Stevens Creek if you are looking for your next BMW.

    On November 7, 2024 I brought my 2013 BMW to your Steven's Creek Dealership (for the 4th time this year). While I was waiting for results from the diagnostic report, I looked at cars at every dealership on Steven's Creek Blvd and nothing caught my eye...convincing me that I am truly a BMW Gal! When I was advised that the repair cost on my 2013 would be well over $5K, I was sure that it was time for a trade-in. It took only minutes to pick a 2022 Z4 on the SCBMW lot. Other salespeople seemed busy, but Kamran Haroon offered to help me; after a test drive I was even more certain that I wanted that car. He worked with the service department to come up with a fair trade-in for the 2013, and in the next several hours Kamran worked diligently at pulling all the details together in order for me to be handed the Z4 car keys that day. What a kind and considerate person he is; soft spoken, very service oriented, informative, and good at explaining my part in order to cement the deal. I am now the proud owner of my 5th consecutive BMW from Steven's Creek BMW. Happy Girl!!

    I had an outstanding experience with Lazaro Montiel, at Steven Creek dealership. I was looking fo a car and he was super helpful, I am a first time Auto buyer and he answered all my questions. He replied to my text or email when I had any questions about the car I wanted to buy. He was very patient in explaining to me all the small details on the features and payment process. Lazaro was someone who I was comfortable buying a car. He is very professional, patient, and is knowledgeable about BMW. In conclusion, I had a terrific experience. I would recommend him to any of my friends looking to buy a BMW. He is 10/10.

  • Chaotic management and unfair business practices

    I recently leased an i4 from this dealership and the whole process was chaotic. They made me unnecessarily wait so that they could make me agree to a bad deal. They overcharged the interest rate compared to what was being offered by BMW FS. They told me that the higher rate is the current rate but when I went back home, it was lower and would make a material difference in the payment per month. I confronted them the next day and they weren’t willing to do anything about it. I have yet to contact BMW FS to complain and see what happens. They also somehow managed to lease me a loaner car. I had signed all the paperwork when they realized their mistake. My wife had gone home after signing the paperwork and she had to come back. Since it became so late, they couldn’t finish detailing so I had to come next day where I had to wait for 4 hours.

    The Customer Service associate, Alec is the only reason to do business at this Dealership. He is very honest and does what he can to help. When moved over to closing, I was lied to as pressure to add on Service Contract. Slipped in an added cost for tracking system when I said I did not want it. I complained the next day and was told it would be corrected. I have been waiting for my money to be returned to me for eight weeks. GM won't contact me. Accounting won't return emails.

    Michal Spanton was my dealer at Stevens Creek BMW for my previous car, so I’ve contacted him before the lease expiration, and left the dealership with a new 330i on the same day. It was as smooth and friendly as it can be. Onboarding by the BMW guru Viet was outstanding, too.

    I only came in for a test drive I wasn't even taking seriously, but ended up with a BEAUTIFUL 2024 X3 that could not be happier with. Virguilio was amazing. Right from the start of the test drive, he was attentive to what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and if he didn't have an answer, he went to find it. THAT is invaluable. He was personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about what he was doing. He communicated terms and details with me clearly and effectively. Used communication methods that I preferred when they were best suited for my availability (calls when I could take them, messages when I couldn't pick up a call). The dealership was beautiful and clean. Everyone was nice and attentive. The process itself was super quick. I was so happy with the experience, I referred a friend of mine to Virgil, and not even a week after ownership of my X3, my friend picked up an iX! I would not refer a friend to someone that I didn't believe would be reputable and professional. This is 100% the dealership to choose, and Virgil is one to go to.

    I was not only fortunate to find the car I had been looking for for a couple years, but I was also fortunate enuf to find it at a dealer with such excellent customer service and follow through. This dealer does not mess around with stupid add-ons or other surprises. Transparent and honest.

  • My Disastrous Experience with BMW 330I

    I am very disappointed with the BMW 330I that I bought from the Stevens Creek dealership on July 1st 2024. I had ordered a custom built car with a blind spot detection system, which is a crucial safety feature for me, but it never arrived after 3 months of waiting. When I went to the dealership to inquire about it, Michal Spaanton showed me another car and claimed that it had the same feature. He persuaded me to buy it, saying that it was equivalent to my custom built car. However, as soon as I drove the car, I realized that he had misled me. The car did not have any blind spot detection system at all. I called him immediately, but he denied it and told me to come back to the dealership. There, a BMW genius confirmed that the car did not have the feature that I wanted. I felt cheated and frustrated, and I requested a replacement car or a full refund. That's when the dealership manager (Kenneth Liu) got involved, and he was very unprofessional and disrespectful. He blamed me for not knowing what I was buying. He said that the car had other features that compensated for the missing one, and that I should be satisfied with getting such a good deal. He refused to take any responsibility or offer any solution, and he even threw my keys at me, saying that he couldn't help me. He also refused to let me talk to the general manager (Quynh Pham), who I hoped would be more reasonable. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car purchase. BMW lied to me and treated me with contempt. They did not care about my safety or satisfaction, and they did not honor their promises. I do not recommend buying a BMW from this dealership, or any BMW car at all. BMW has lost my loyalty and trust, and I will never buy from them again. To make matters worse, they ignored me after promising to help. The last message I received from them was: "Sakshi, my GM was going to help you, until he saw the bad survey that you gave us. Now I can't help you". This is the service that you get from a luxury car brand. It's unacceptable and appalling.

The vehicle that you custom built also didn’t have the blind spot option. We matched the exact build that you were looking for except the different color that you agreed with in your email. We always strive to give our best customer service and hope to do future business with you. Please let me know if there is anything we can do to accommodate when servicing your vehicle.
