I needed to purchase a car for my daughter who is attending school in CA (I am in NY) Rick Dominguez was professional, extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He coordinated with my daughter… to talk with her about the cars she was interested in, and took the time to listen and go out for test drives. He was easy to work with. by kavoti13 on 10/02/2016I visited South Coast Volkswagen yesterday, thinking I would just check out the new Tiguan's to see what they're all about. I have been interested in leasing a new car (for the first time ever), but I've been hesitant because of the cost… and the fact that I am a recent college graduate. Geoff White met me in the parking lot and immediately began to show me around the 2017 Tiguan and answer all my questions. After a test drive, I was even more interested in this car and I thought I was just looking! Geoff was so understanding of my limitations and concerns with the costs of leasing and did everything he (and his manager) could do to make a deal that I was comfortable with, in the car that I wanted. At no point did I feel pressured or ignored, which is the stereotypical dealership experience everyone warns you about. Also, I brought in my old car as a trade-in and I feel that they were very fair with the trade-in offer. Badda-bing, bad-boom, I'm driving a 2017 Tiguan Wolfsburg and I couldn't be more excited about it! Geoff, you set the bar SO high for my first car buying experience at a dealership - I am so lucky. Also, thank you for the trail mix so I wouldn't get hangry. :)Gentlle and businesslike

by houser_90025 on 09/24/2016This review is for Aaron Cespedes and the entire crew I dealt with including, Olias and Shawn at South Coast VW who recently put a very satisfied customer into a new 2016 VW Jetta SEL. I wasn't even seriously considering purchasing at… the time, but his on-line offer was so competitive vs other dealerships in the area, that I literally had to find time in my busy schedule to close the deal. Although, they didn't have my preferred color in stock at the time, they gave me the same quote in my preferred color with no up-charge. I just want to thank Aaron Cespedes and the entire VW South Coast Team for their professional service and delivery of expectations. I will be recommending South Coast VW (which by the way is the same dealership as Creview BMW) to everyone in search of a VW. Sincerely, Thanks again.What a pleasure

The dealership is open and bright and cheerful and the staff are helpful when you need it, but also give you time and space to reflect when you need it. Geoff was a great Client Specialist… and answered all questions, and was upfront about everything to expect during the actual buying transaction. The service dept is also flexible and friendly. The hot chocolate is also nice :)amazing service

They are very friendly, professional and knowledgable about the product they present. Tiffany H was just a great… person to work with. Macros is excellent and knowledgable. working with the two of them, it didn't even feel like I was in the presence of salespersons. No pressure from either of them at all. They just let the cars speak for themselves, and that is very refreshing to experience. Thank you Shaw N.. Shaw was the finance person and again great person to work with. I walked in with my own approval from my bank and he was still able to find me a better deal. Just an amazing group of people that helped me today. I wish I would have started with their dealership first.Highly Recommend! Best Car Buying Experience!

I arrived later in the evening on a weekday and I have never seen… employees more dedicated and committed to making the customer number one! From simple tasks like taking the time to show me how to use the coffee machine and questions about my vehicle to detailed and meticulous tasks like walking me piece by piece through the details of purchasing my vehicle. I was in great hands with Rick Dominguez from the moment I walked through the door. I have never felt so confident, comfortable and not pressured as I did during this purchasing experience with Rick. The staff members are very friendly And they don't make you feel like you're at… your typical dealership. I had the pleasure of having he said that on my side and all I can say is that she is such a lovely person. In addition, Israel the Sales Manager was wonderful and very helpful. I am very pleased with the overall process and the customer service I received.
