Purchase of 2009 E350
by Kevin Sr on 06/24/2024I purchased a used 2012 E350 in February of 2024. It was an excellent deal and in incredible shape. It was a high-performance vehicle that had decent gas mileage. I was so impressed with what they had to offer that when my wife needed a… car to replace her aging auto, I called the same salesman who sold me the first car and asked if he had anything like mine again. I was amazed! He said yes. I drove over the next day and purchased a second E 350 but a little older, a 2009. It is working great. We are now happy MB owners with two in the driveway. The neighbors think we came into some money but the reality is that they were trade-ins that were very well taken care of by their previous owners (each car had only one owner), and I was in the right place at the right time! The Salesperson was Rude

I simply expressed how much I liked a 350 4matic that was on the showroom floor as I was waiting for the… service on my GLS. She noted that and sent me a concrete price for a lease that was well under the mrsp! When I decided to go ahead with the lease she and the finance team made everything exceptionally smooth! Pretty good experience
by doccrago on 03/16/2024The price was great, the Finance Manager was good on that when I verbalized I was not interested in any extended warranties etc. he did not try to sell them to me. The salesman was friendly. My only gripe, I was not financing this used… car from them but they did a hard credit pull on me. Bought a used car for my daughter

Once it was time to sign the contracts, a lot of dealers try to sell warranty agreements, coatings, etc but MB of Stevens Creek did not. Unable to wait any longer, I visited the store to inquire about the delay from the sales… manager. The second salesperson who handed over the car impressed me greatly. He provided thorough explanations about the vehicle, was easy to communicate with, and approached his work with evident passion. Unfortunately, I've forgotten his name, but I recall he was from the Mini Cooper department. Would never recommend this dealer for maintenance or sales
by Kaymarie on 10/16/2023Buying a used car from this dealership has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had. And before the dealer responds to this review and gives me the number to the manager to call, I have called many times and no one answers. So… please do not respond to this review with that generic request to pretend the dealer cares about the low quality of customer service it provides. Here is how it went: - We went to see a used car and the sales man was nice but unknowledgeable about the vehicle and every single thing we asked. - We bought the vehicle. It was a slow process. - Vehicle almost immediately, within a day, had tons of issues including a tire pressure sensor issue. We had the car checked out by a mechanic we trust and they said that the TPMS was damaged (which it is illegal to sell a car with), the front valve cover was leaking amongst other issues. Our mechanic made clear that this area was conveniently cleaned super well to likely hide the leak. Once he ran the vehicle for a little it became clear there was a leak. The dishonestly is what gets me. - called dealership and they agreed to help with only the TPMS but emphasized that we bought a use car and the sales man inappropriately brought up his personal vehicle and comments and opinions. Conveniently they couldnt see the vehicle within the 5 day return window but made assurances. - we dropped off the car on Monday and supposedly had an appointment at 10am that Tuesday…. Well they didnt even call us to tell us they had no idea why the car was there until 3pm that Tuesday. - they then stated that the vehicle needed to be inspected but the service center said that was not the case…. It was a mess. Would we ever buy a car or have a car services here again? NO. Should you? NO. The process felt shady like we were buying a car from [non-permissible content removed].Smooth & seamless experience

by Peekablue on 07/10/2023So first I had went here and was told I could not see the Jeep I wanted it was in the shop but they allowed me to go into the shop and see it that was super nice. Then a few days later got a text letting me know it was all done and going to… the detail section to be cleaned up. I went there and everyone as I waited was super nice. My only issue was that I waited 4 hours to have it detailed and it was not a 4 hour job to me still seemed dirty.
