    I'd been talking about buying an A5 for more than a year, so I've had plenty of time to do my homework. Still, it wasn't until the run up to Labor Day weekend 2015 that I finally started researching nearby dealers. A friend had recently purchased an S5 from Stevens Creek, and had nothing but good things to say about the experience. Another friend who owns an A5 had reservations—great inventory, not so great deals. Whatever. Reading some of the reviews here and elsewhere raised some concerns. But all that went away after I spec'd the car I was looking for on the Audi website and sent out emails for quotes. Andrew—the internet sales manager at Stevens Creek Audi—sent a link to his inventory of A5s, which I thought might turn into a "hey, we don't have your car, buy one of these!" Instead, I found a car I liked a lot better, and the offer was so aggressive I took it at face value. No haggling required. From there, things just got better. Suffice to say, I couldn't be more pleased and can't recommend Andrew, John, and Jana highly enough.

    This dealership cares about their clients. They treated me with respect, showed me around and gave me a test drive. I didn't like the price of the car I was interested in, that is why I didn't buy through them. But this is still a great dealership, that I can recommend.

    I have now purchased a 2002 Audi S8, a 2010 Audi A4 Avant, and a 2008 Audi RS4 from this dealer, and they have treated me fairly and well on each purchase. But what makes them even better for me than sales has been the service department. They have been great!

    i knew more about the truck i bought then the salesman i should have walked away and bought a dodge

    I don't know how this dealership stays in business. I made an appt to do a test drive and showed up at the exact time. Nobody was available to help, and yet sales people seemed to be happy to sit in their offices and pretend like they were busy. When I finally got someone to come with me for a test-drive, he did not allow me to drive even a mile on the freeway by saying "we get new Audis with very low miles on them and we want to keep it that way"! Ever heard of a *test drive*? All through the test drive, the salesman kept saying the typical Q5 is sold at or more than $45k dropping hints that they were not interested in even discussing a lightly loaded vehicle, let alone selling one.

    I was able to buy the exact 2013 Allroad that I wanted over the internet. Cassandra was very responsive and the only dealer who could find the exact car I wanted. She also worked with me on the price.
