A company with integrity
by Giants1950 on 08/22/2015My wife and I purchased a new 2016 Volvo XC60 from Niello Volvo two days ago. We bought our first Volvo in 1986 from Turner Volvo (which subsequently was acquired by Niello) and over the years have purchased other Volvos. Since 1986, we… have had all service on our cars done at Turner/Niello. Our services have always been completed satisfactorily and fairly. Chuck Houston, our service adviser at Niello, is exceptional and honest. We trust him without question. On our recent Volvo purchase, we worked with Paul Pattillo and T.J. Upton in negotiating an excellent deal. They were straightforward and accommodating at each step of the negotiation process. We especially appreciated their integrity. We are very pleased with how Paul and T.J. worked with us. Once we reached agreement, Dan in the Finance Department smoothly handled the final paperwork. I rarely write reviews of products or services, but I do read reviews that others post. I think it's important to share my experience about Niello as one more opinion about their operation. I trust them without hesitation and will continue taking my business to Niello Volvo.Neillo worked very hard to make things work out for us
by Art_Silen on 08/22/2015We bought a new S 60 AWD Platinum Volvo sedan this past month, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Folks there went out of their way to make us a deal that we could afford. I've owned three Volvos in my lifetime, and this was the best… experience yet.
