  • Easy and painless

Excellent experience with Omar in sales. The way car buying should be! Greatly appreciate the pressure free sale and the first class customer service. We bought a used Toyota Prius and Omar was very knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend both Omar and Niello!

  • A great experience

After a careful shopping process, my wife and I had decided to buy a new VW EOS. We wanted a convertible with a 4-cylinder turbocharged engine and leather seats for a low $30k price point. Niello was able to meet these expectations. This was no easy task. The 2016 EOS is in short supply in the US; apparently there are fewer than 100 available. The team at Niello was able to find us one in a color we wanted, and stuck to the price we negotiated - even though it had to be shipped from a dealership in Indianapolis! I can't say enough about these guys! Our sales person, Omar Dixon, deserves particular thanks. He is friendly, considerate, attentive, and a good listener.

  • Truly excellent buying experience

This was without doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everything was straight forward and I was treated well from the moment I stepped through the door. The entire process was so streamlined and everyone involved really did their best to make sure it was an excellent experience. I worked directly with Edward Thomas (sales consultant), Syd Bailey (general manager), and Phil Goldsby (finance manager). Each of these individuals really went above and beyond for us. Will keep coming back again and again.

  • Niello VW doesn't honor verbal agreements...

Niello Volkswagen deceitful and unprofessional business practices... I want to express my total outrage and disappointment in Niello Volkswagen tactics during a "sign and drive" event. After having spent long hours on Friday with the sales people working the "four squared" sheet back and forth, we finally agreed on the lease terms, but since the vehicle was not available in the color I wanted, we agreed on closing the deal on the following day when they would have the vehicle ready. On Saturday morning, I've received a phone call from the sales guy to confirm our appointment, but I told him that due to family commitments, it had to be postponed until Sunday. I was even reassured by one of the sales manager that the deal was on when I called him to double check. On Sunday morning I've got another reminder phone call from the dealer to make sure I was still on the loop. After hiring a nanny and driving over 30 miles,my wife and I had our first disappointment when we were told that the vehicle we were supposed to get was sold. The sales people insisted in walking us around the lot to show us some other vehicles, which we were not even interested in doing. So, when I complained about the fact that we should have been informed about it before wasting the time and the hassle of the whole ordeal, he just proudly replayed: "we sold nine cars yesterday including the car you wanted". At this point I was obviously upset, especially due to the fact that they had totally ignored our verbal agreement and instead were trying to persuade us to come to the dealer to sell us a vehicle we were not looking for. So, I asked to talk to the guy who I spent hours negotiating with, I was told he was off on that day. At this point my patience was running out, so I demanded to see the sales manager, and when I confronted him about the whole situation, he just cynically replied: "well, if you are not happy here just go somewhere else"... Of course, after such a lack of empathy and unprofessional behavior my initial frustration turned into anger. Obviously these people couldn't care less about our situation. Finally, a nice guy (sales person) approached us in a very sympathetically manner and respectfully apologized about the whole incident. After being calmed down by his good intentions, my wife and I decided to give him a chance (He even offered to have the vehicle delivered to our house, plus three full tanks of gas). At the end, it only proved to be another disappointment when he came to us with a copy of the "four-square" sheet, I had worked with on Friday, saying that the deal was based on different "numbers". In other words, they just have bluntly disregarded our initial verbal deal in order to increase our monthly payments. Late than never we came to realize that the whole deal was a charade, and that we were just fooled around by unscrupulous sales people, which by the way, seems to be the standard among auto dealers. I just hope Volkswagen of America will listen to customer's complaints. I've been a VW die hard fan for decades, but unfortunately, I came to realize (better late than never) that VW, and its dealer network cares more the cars than the drivers…
