Still working on getting them back to how they were. Called Lexus of Roseville at about 11:30 AM and they had a tow truck at my place within 30 minutes and hauled my vehicle to Roseville. I received a call when my Lexus was delivered there, and… I explained what my issue was to a service rep Ryan! He diagnosed the issue, and the Lexus was ready to go by 10 the next morning! Avoid Purchasing a Used Car
by Tyler on 10/04/2024I strongly advise against purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. Despite their claims on the website, stating they are “your trusted destination for all your car buying and servicing needs” and that they offer a “carefully… inspected lineup of pre-owned vehicles,” my experience has proven otherwise after buying a used 2017 Acura RDX from this dealership. I began experiencing issues less than a week after purchase, having driven only 180 miles. The first problem, which was an intermittent noise, was addressed by Lexus after a test drive with the service manager, though we didn’t hear the noise during that drive. I ended up taking my car to Niello Acura, where they diagnosed and fixed the issue. A week later, I encountered another problem—this time, what appears to be an electrical issue. I emailed the GM and the sales manager, as well as left a message with the service manager, but received no response from any of them regarding this second issue. Given the dealership’s reputation and assurances about their pre-owned vehicles, I trusted I was purchasing a reliable car and expected the level of service they claim to provide. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. The customer service has been extremely disappointing. While the buying process was pleasant, the support after driving off the lot has been unsatisfactory, bordering on non-existent. Again, based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership.Tyler, I'm truly sorry to hear about the issues you've faced with your vehicle and the lack of response from our team. This is not reflective of the service we strive to provide, and I understand how frustrating this must be for you.
