    Went in when it was time for an oil change. During the checkup that they do at the same visit, my car battery tested low. It was on warranty so they installed a new battery. The total bill was $65.03 with a 25% off coupon. My car has been serviced by Honda its entire life, and I plan to continue.

    The purchase of my CRV was a great experience. I did all the negotiations online and just had to wait for the car to arrive. Once it was here, I received a call with the good news! Made an appointment to go in to the dealership and close the deal. Other than the wait, for paperwork, it was a very easy process and everyone was very accommodating and did not try to get me to purchase extra items. This experience was not the car buying ordeal of long ago. I was pleasantly surprised.

    From the minute I arrived I was greeted. The staff is so friendly in the service department. I worked with Darius. He communicated with me so well and told me what to expect. He made sure I got my car back promptly as I had prior obligations in the day. I will definitely be back for future services even without the factory warranty’s.

    I was impressed by the kindness of the people who assisted me when I needed help with little things like using the coffee machine. The technician to whom I was assigned understood me. Most importantly, before I even got to the office, I had been unable to move my car to get it to the appointment, and one call to Honda Road Service connected me to a person who carefully guided me on getting my vehicle to start so I could get to the appointment!

    Kristy was a wonderful, knowledgeable salesperson. She answered all of my questions and went to the back lot to get the car I wanted and prepare it for me. The finance person I worked with, Ahmed I believe, was also very friendly and helpful. The biggest down side was that this whole experience took five hours, which was longer even than the rumors I've heard before about buying cars from a dealership, although there may well have been valid reasons for some of the delays, like getting the car from the back lot.

    We recently bought a new Honda CRV Sport hybrid at a great price and with a pleasant, non-pushy experience with Gerard Hicks. We shopped a number of Honda and Hyundai dealers and found Autonation Honda in Roseville to be the best price. We would highly recommend them. If you visit other Honda or Hyundai dealers, you will end up buying here!

  • Oil change and A/C service

    Took my 2017 Civic in for an oil change and to have the a/c checked out because it wasn’t blowing cold air. Service advisor Samantha mentioned a Honda service bulletin regarding a factory defect in the a/c condenser and a leaking shaft seal. Honda extended the warranty on these parts to 10 years. My a/c was checked out and verified that these were the faulty parts. The condenser and shaft seal were replaced at no charge to me and I am now enjoying cold air again. Thank you Samantha and the service department crew for a job well done. I have taken my Honda for service at Roseville AutoNation Honda since it was new and have always been pleased with the quality of service.

    I was originally going to buy a Ford Bronco for a new car. When driving by Honda I saw a Gorgeous car in Still night blue. My husband and I decided to stop and take a look because my interest was peaked. Rey was the sales person who helped us. We were able to drive a few different vehicles and I really fell in love with the Honda cr v hybrid that Rey showed us. I would never have thought about buying a hybrid but this car is incredible. It will help us save so much money on gas every month. With the economy the way it is we need every penny we can save. Rey did not pressure us at all and he was very patient when I had trouble deciding on a color lol.

    Working with the Internet sales team was a great experience. There was no haggling over the price or features of the vehicle. When we arrived, the car was ready, detailed, and had a full gas tank. The salesperson, Leo, did an excellent job and spent quality time showing us how to use the car's features. I have been looking at cars for a few weeks. Leo is the first person I have spoken with who truly understands the car's features and explained why the stereo speakers take a few weeks to break in. I highly recommend Roseville Auto Nation Honda and will be a repeat customer.

    I had an appointment and met with Santiago. Whenever you go to a dealer it’s gonna be an all day event. this was no different. However, I did have my grandkids with me and Santiago went and bought them lunch.. I seem like a big deal but when someone can’t treat your kids important, it’s important to me.
