Even during the time when I was turned over to managers and the finance dept, it was all expected but was pleasant due to their easygoing manner and lack of pressure. Great job, team!   • What is really going on?

    Riverside Mazda is where I purchased my 2003 Mazda B2300 in 2003. I thought I would have my vehicle serviced and checked for other preventive maintenance issues. I realized dealership prefer not to service older vehicles. I get it! However, I didn't need the excuses about obtaining parts and etc. After the new battery, oil change and tire rotation, I found out at a service station in San Bernardino that, I needed a starter. Riverside Mazda could care less whether I arrives home safe. So, remember, that new vehicle you buy today will age and this dealership will not care to service later on down the road.

  • Friendly service

    My paperwork said I declined a cabin filter and new air filter. I never was given the opportunity to say yes! If you look back at my previous services, I’ve always said yes to needing those things so I’m a little disappointed that I’m gonna have to go back and get those done. But the service was friendly, it was my first time using a service associate besides Wendy, so I’ll stick with Wendy next time.

  • Cheaply Fixed Infotainment Rebooting

    They found the issue with my son’s car’s rebooting infotainment system and fixed it for about $400, waiving the diagnostic fee. The issue was a defective SIM Card. The place is very professional unlike Cardinal Way Mazda in Corona. It’s easy to drive up to the service area because there is no jam of cars blocking the path. There was no wait at the service register. The attendant was polite and knowledgeable on the infotainment issue. The waiting room was large, clean and quiet. They didn’t try to push extra services. In contrast, at Cardinal Way the attendant was rude, the path to the service area was nearly completely blocked, there was a line wait, and the staff were blasting R&B in the waiting area from one of the display vehicles. They then try to push extra services. I was very pleased with Riverside Mazda, and will continue to take my son’s car there, even if it is much farther from my house than Cardinal Way.

  • Maintenance

    I dropped off my car at 7 am , my car was not done till 3 pm. I tried multiple times to reach my service advisor wendy, she never returned my car. I had questions about my maintenance that were not answered. When I came in to pay I felt pressured even after spending S1100 on my maintenance. It was very hard to understand Wendy she spoke so soft I did not know what she was saying. As a client I felt lost and ripped of on my service.
