Easy breezy new car purchase
Service washed out
by Michael on 08/01/2025Well this is the third time I had my vehicle in for service. And I’m a little taken back since they used to bring my car cleaned ( washed) and now the last two times my vehicle was filthy. I’m thinking about going to a different… dealership for service now. Also when I bought the vehicle they stated that service was free for three years. And yet nothing is free. Otherwise all is good.Easy day

by jlynn on 08/01/2025So many errors.Drop off car for recall early. Appointment at 10 dropped it off at 9. Because that's when I got a ride. They called me said it was done. Left wk got ride. Had me sign the paperwork..Got car. Next called to let me know recalls… the fuel hose recall was not completed..That I had to go back. Really. So I did. they gave me rent a car that I had pay for gas. for there mess up. Then I get to DMV and they say they the pink recall paper that the dealer suppose to give u...OMG.I have drive a another 30 miles round trip..It 25 to 35 min depending on traffic. to get that paper for my registration. And I ask the guy David is there anything dmv needs he says no..Fustrated..because I need that pink paper..I called him and he had it ready. I'm never going there again. the shuttle people were super nice.Great Experience

Easy breezy oil change

Very reasonable price at 89 for oil + filter change, air filters changed, tire rotation, battery check, and four point inspection. It does say it includes a car wash but that wasnt… done. Waiting room had water, coffee, and a couple snacks all for free while i waited and i found good car scents in the gift shop.Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate you choosing Riverside Hyundai for your Elantra's spring road trip package. It’s great to hear you found our services at a reasonable price and enjoyed the amenities in our waiting room. Ridiculous price to fix back up light
by John R on 07/30/2025The white back up light on the passenger side of my Sonata is not working. I Stopped by service and was told it would take one hour to replace if I brought it in early, for $30 labor + $5 part. I returned next morning at 7:30, and after… waiting one hour was told by the service tech that the LED light assembly in my car would cost $783 to replace! Of course, the five-year warranty ran out three months earlier… designed obsolescence. Bad experience overall-Thank you for sharing your experience with us, John. I understand your frustration regarding the unexpected cost for the LED light assembly on your Sonata and the timing of the warranty. When I went in for my first oil change, a defect in one of the parts was found during the inspection and was completely… covered! David was very informative and helped me get a loaner car for the 3 days the repair took. I have a Hyundai dealership less than 5 miles from my house but I will make the 80 mile round trip to Riverside for their outstanding customer service every time! Don’t hesitate!
