by exprman on 04/30/2016Taking my 2011 Prius in for a scheduled oil change, I noticed a new 2016 Prius on the show room floor and checked it out. It had all the options my wife had wanted on our 2011 Prius but I had not gotten. It was listed at $30048, but was… on sale for $26300. After discussing it with my wife, we decided to trade in our 2011 and purchase it. Our salesperson was very polite and helpful and seemed to work hard to meet our conditions for purchasing the vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle and getting it home, I discovered there were paint chips in the passenger side rear quarter panel. I took it back to the dealership and contacted Matt Paden, the sales manager. He and a service rep named Sal worked with me until the problem was fixed. I want to particularly commend this two employees for going "above and beyond" to resolve the issue. This is the seventh Toyota vehicle I have purchased and have come to expect good customer service from Toyota, but these two gentlemen were exemplary in delivering exceptional service and are to be commended.Super happy
