by Kari on 06/07/2023This dealership is horrible. They sold us a three-year old car that ended up having leaking drive shafts within two months of buying it. They also sold us a $2,500 extended warranty that was useless. This dealership does NOT back up the… cars they sell. Service rip off
by Jeff D. on 12/26/2022Brought my 2017 Silverado in for what I thought was a transmission issue. They told me I had a miss firing engine and that I needed to replace my engine at a cost of 8-10 thousand dollars and I was also told that they couldn’t get a… replacement engine. I took it to an engine shop and found that it was just spark plug wires that cost $133.00 . They either just spent 5 seconds on diagnostics or they attempted to rip me off! Either way this service department has been a disaster for 10 years that I k ow of.I would like to speak with you directly in order to better understand the circumstances you’ve described and reach a satisfactory resolution together. Best car buying experience I've ever had!
by Richard Hart on 03/17/2022I've been buying new cars for 35 years. I've never purchased a Chevy though. This is my first. Had it not been for talking with Cheyne Birdsong, I might have gone with Ford. Cheyne is by far the best sales professional I have ever worked… with. Cheyne knows the product unbelievably well and his professionalism, integrity, hustle and ability to be so genuine is something I really haven't experienced before. You are lucky to have this guy working for your business. He created such a wonderful buying experience for me. I decided to drive almost 700 miles "one way" just to meet him and buy a vehicle from him. This is a vehicle purchase I will honestly never forget. It's hard to put into words how special this purchase was for me because of Cheyne. This guy works so hard to make the customer truly feel respected and important. I've been a senior real estate manager and managed many people of the last few decades and if I were still in the business, this young man is someone I would very much want on my team. And that's putting it mildly. In a time where there are so many people in customer service that are either too busy or unmotivated to do a good job much less go the extra mile, it is almost shocking when you meet a guy like Cheyne that operates at such a professional level with the kind of respect and "can do" attitude he has. I honestly went to about 5 dealerships locally in southern California and I made the decision to drive 1,400 miles round trip to buy a car from Cheyne. I think that says it all. Thank you for making this such a memorable time. My wife is so happy with her new SUV. She'll drive it for many years to come! I also got $9,000 off from Charles whereas the other place only gave me $3,000 off a vehicle I… didn't want! Really? I'm really picky but Charles delivered more than I expected and he really listened to what I really wanted right up front. He has very direct and offered advice about what I didn't know about the truck. I really wanted something very specific and Charles made it worth buying this truck from this dealership which was over 650 miles away from Las Vegas. by dodgerfan66 on 09/22/2017I took my truck into the shop to have the transmission looked at. After their inspection, it was determined that the torque converter needed attention. My service writer that assisted me was William. He was able to get us into a rental… vehicle while my truck was being tended to. He kept us constantly informed of my trucks progress throughout the whole process. Needless to say my wife and I are very pleased with our overall experience and the great customer service that was bestowed upon us by William and Lithia Chevrolet.
