    We found a vehicle online, and reached out to express our interest. Initially, the dealership responded quickly via text, which was great, but things went downhill just as quickly. After their initial response with a tentative quote, our follow-up questions went unanswered. Two days later, we called in the morning and were told we’d receive a callback within 15 minutes. That never happened. When we called back hours later and asked for the manager, the person we spoke with said he had just gone into a meeting and would call us back. We left a message for a manager, but instead of hearing from them, someone else texted us back. Unfortunately, they didn’t answer our questions and then stopped replying altogether. Despite being told the vehicle was available and clearly stating we were ready to buy, we have been ignored. We even emailed another manager, but over 24 hours later, we still haven’t received a reply. At this point, it’s been 2 days without any response, and it feels as though they don’t want to sell their vehicles. This level of unresponsiveness is both unprofessional and unacceptable. We are extremely disappointed with how this dealership has repeatedly failed to communicate, salespeople and management alike.

    when we arrived for a scheduled test drive, my wife and i were never asked about what we wanted nor were we even given the standard vehicle walk-around. we were just sent on our own to test drive the car and when we returned to the dealership, there was no actual conversation. just had papers shoved at us, "this is how much we want you to pay." when we questioned the price, the response was, "well, what do you think you're gonna get?" the aggression, thickly coated in sneering condescension, was too much. they may have the inventory, but they seem to treat people like trash. drive the extra 20 minutes and go to puente hills mazda instead. we got the same car - '21 cx-5 carbon edition turbo/awd/black interior - at a lower price and a MUCH MORE ENJOYABLE car buying experience. really hard to believe they both sell the same cars, but in such stark contrast, from a customer service point of view. mazda of orange sucks. and since i'm here, don't go to browning mazda in cerritos, either. unless you're a fan of the old bait-and-switch and really need to see it in action. was reviewing one dealership and did three instead. sorry. by the way, this carbon is my 3rd mazda. had a miata and currently own a 2. zoom zoom, baby.

    I brought my Mazda CX5 for service on Monday and Edward the service person helped with paper work and called Lyft to take me to work and picked me up when the car ready, I am very pleased with the service. Thank you

    Sarah P my service advisor provides excellent care and consideration. She is very pleasant and affable and took good care of me and my CX-5. I drive an additional 25 miles each way to service my car at mazda of orange. I'll be bringing her back again in another 5,000 miles.

    I located the model and color online. I obtained the dealer address online and drove there using the GPS on my iphone. When the GPS indicated "you have arrived at your destination," I looked and saw a Ford dealership. I kept driving because I didn't see a Mazda dealership. I drove back and forth several times and finally saw a small Mazda sign on the Ford dealership. It turns out that it is a combined Mazda/Ford dealership. It's not easy to see the Mazda sign when you drive by. A salesperson met me on the lot. We located the car and I made an offer to him. He went inside to present my offer. In a few minutes another person came up to me, shook my hand and said "we accept your offer." When they began the paperwork process, I let them know that I was pressed for time. They kindly expedited the process. Overall it was a pleasant easy, no hassle process. I would go back there if I were to purchase a another Mazda of a Ford.

    I've been going there for service since I bought my car. Every time I was told that appointments are not accepted for oil change. I showed up early as its supposed to be first come first serve to find that other people were allowed to schedule appointments. Needless to say, I was beyond frustrated. When I voiced my frustration, I was told that I would be next. Great right? Not really! I was told my vehicle would be ready in about 2 hours because they would be changing the brakes. 4 and 1/2 hours later it was complete. Very frustrated and completely disappointed.

    Very good service. Nice employee on the service dept. Very professional,most of all it's cheaper at Mazda of orange than any other after market service center. More power Mazda of orange.
  • Unethical business practice, poor delivery of car

    We came to this dealership because of the Interest rate on the loan and asked them to verify it. We were told TWICE that they have the rate, but only to be told in a rude manner that the rate is not available for this model. We purchased the car anyway, only to have the car scratched and dirty upon delivery. Instead of enjoying the new car, I can only remember the experience I went through and associate this every time I'm driving it. What a regret.

    I made an appointment on website for my first oil change. I showed up on time, was greeted by Curtis. He explained where the customer lounge was, he would contact me when my car was finished. That was the last time I saw him. I waited 2 1/2 hrs and finally went looking and found my car was done.

    I always bring my Mazda 6 here for all of my service needs. Recently, they have added staff which has streamlined the drop off process. It used to take a long time to get checked in for appointments, but now it is much faster.

    My service rep, Amber, was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and careful to explain everything to my satisfaction. Refreshing to have such good service. This dealership always tries to value their customers. In this world, that is unusual and very appreciated.

    Service was awesome and fast for a Sunday. Edgar updated me of the status of my car as much as he could. Waiting room was clean. They also gave me a real car wash.

    I worked with Edgar who was great at helping me with my car service! Very detailed and informative and would come back just to work with him again! In fact, I was supposed to be put into the mazda loyalty program last visit and unfortunately was not. Edgar looked into the matter and fixed the problem and got me enrolled with ease!

    I have purchased two vehicles from Mazda of Orange and each time my experience has been nothing but the best. Both times i have been assisted by Gabino and Nery. Both are very professional and make you feel like more than just a sale. I would define fly recommend them to any family and friends. Look no further than Mazda of Orange they are the best!

    The people were friendly and helpful. My tire lock key was missing from the time I had them rotated at another dealership. Was told I could bring the car back for the rotation once I get the key since it was included in the service package I purchased. I have the key now and will bring it back as well as have my filters replaced. Service center was very accommodating.

    My car was done faster then I expected. Edgar Barron was excellent. He has helped me 3 times in a row and all three times he was very polite and made sure everything was done correctly and in a timely matter.

    Had a fine experience. Staff was great. Sergio (and others helped me). Wait was long but you guys were busy...and that's not a bad thing. I figured it would be so I brought my dog with me and we went for a 6 mile hike along the Santa Ana River for a couple hours to kill time. I got a call that the car was almost ready and hiked back. When we arrived, one of your cool guys held my dog outside while I went inside to pay. He liked the dog, the dog liked him...it worked out well. So basically, a long boring wait of over two hours turned into a very enjoyable experience. Thank you :)

    Edgar, the service manager, was extremely pleasant to work with and explained issues in a manner that I could understand. He was very quick to respond to any questions that I had. Edgar and the quick service provided by Mazda of Orange is one of the reasons why I would return.

    The woman who helped me, Mary Kant, was great. She was cheerful, very fast, and answered every question. There was also a young man who saw me waiting at the end for my car, and spent several minutes looking for it, coming back to me and giving me an idea how much longer it would take. That was exceptionally kind. I wish I had gotten his name.
