Transmission problems!!!!
by Lisa on 06/25/2025Took my 2018 Traverse/62,000 miles because I was having transmission issues. They told me I needed my transmission rebuilt and it was going to be $10,500. (Just out of warranty) History shows I had problems and tranny work done at 10,000… miles. How does Chevy get away with this? This car was purchased brand new. I called GMC to see if they could work with me and was denied. I asked if the dealership could work with me and was denied. They clearly don’t “take care for loyal customers in time of need”. BEWARE I picked up my car and took it elsewhere for the repairs.Thank you for sharing your experience, Lisa. The service was prompt, and the team addressed the specific issues with my Camaro efficiently. However, upon closer inspection post-service, I noticed a misstep in the tire rotation. Since my Camaro has staggered tires, they were rotated incorrectly – a detail that might have been overlooked during the final inspection. While this did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction, it highlights the importance of thorough checks before returning vehicles to customers. As an enthusiast who values their ride, I recommend owners check their vehicles carefully before leaving the dealership after service. Oil Change
by Mr. Player on 06/25/2021On 4/23/21 I was in line before you opened to get an oil change, it took about 2 hours for the oil change. When I was called to pay for the oil change I had to wait about 20 minutes for the service department to bring my car up front, i… had to go back inside and ask for my car after about 10 minutes. On 6/18/21 I had to travel to the San Francisco Bay area to attend a funeral, and I returned home on 8/19/21. When I got up on the 20th I noticed an oil stain in my driveway, I thought it might have been from my 97 Explorer, it wasn't, it turns out that the oil leak was coming from my 2018 Chevy Malibu that I had service at your dealership on 4/23/21. The technician who serviced my car apparently didn't tighten the oil filter enough so it started leaking oil (I have pictures of the filter with oil on it and the filter being retighten). Thank GOD the filter didn't fall off during my travel to and from the bay area. Please advise this technician to make sure to tighten your customers oil filters to prevent anything worse from happening. by CARREON on 06/08/2021All though I'm usually satisfied with Mark Christopher's service department, I was getting my throttle body serviced and cleaned,and I was told that the intake duct had a "TEAR/HOLE" in it and had to be replaced,@$100.00 part charge. After… viewing the replaced part it had a Fresh Tare in it. If it would had been there originally I would have felt it in the performance, but it felt the same driving out as it did driving in.Thank you for sharing this review regarding your experience with us.
