Unprofessional scam type dealership
by GS on 02/16/2023Went in to look at a 2014 Civic. Car was in good shape inside and out minus some cosmetic issues that were easily fixable. Got a quote and they were trying to force sell a $1,595 “theft safety feature” that they claimed was pre-installed… when I know for a fact it isn’t cause it’s illegal to do that. The guy claimed that all their vehicles come with it and that they wouldn’t take it off. Do not deal with them.Cant read apparently

by NONPROFESSIONAL SALES TEAM on 12/03/2020I made over half a dozen phone calls to buy a 2013 Maserati GT Convertible only to have no one call me back or email me. Every time I got someone they had a different name yet none of them ever called me back as they said they would.… Totally unprofessional

This is still true. This trend is a scourge on used car sales, it seems they just buy cheap bs and cheap inhouse labor to pump the prices up and making a few extra thousand, preying on those who really just want a vehicle.
