Horrible experience
by Badexperience on 03/12/2018updated 03/28/2018I'm not one to get upset, it takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but I went in there today after seeing a car on the internet I wanted to buy, I had $15,000 dollars in cash in my car ready to pay for it all. I walk in, and there is… nobody there, so I wait and finally someone from behind a dark glass screen comes out and asks me what I want, and I ask him if he had still had the Hyundai Sonata for sale and told him I had the stock number. I don't think this guy spoke English, because he asked me to repeat myself multiple times and finally he simply pointed to the front of the parking lot and left me alone. I went and looked and they didn't have any Sonatas in the entire lot, he pointed at a Hyundai Accent which is two sizes smaller than the Sonata. So I'm not even sure if this guy has a clue about cars. I went back in to ask him, and didn't feel like waiting again so I left. They didn't give me the time of day and that's fine; even if he had help me it seemed like a really crummy place and the cars had visible body damage on them. I will be writing a review about this place on all sources on the internet because that is inexcusable.
