Great experience at Fletcher Jones
by vickyb2 on 09/30/2014My husband and I had a fabulous experience at Fletcher Jones MBZ this past weekend. We came home with two cars, and not because we wanted to spend money but because all of the questions we had got answered and explained which took the… decision out of shopping around. We received personal help from our sales associate Mohamed A. for two days deciding which car was right for my husband.....and locating the exact new model of my previous MBZ. During the process we where introduced to several people including the General Manager of the dealership. It was if we were special, and no we are just the average. Not a celeb or anything. After purchasing our vehicles we were each given a tech that did nothing but explain the operation of the vehicle completely! I mean how many time have you purchased a vehicle and had no idea how to operate something?! I have. He showed us things on the vehicle that we did not even know it had....and after told us to come back and he would sit with us anytime we needed him to explain anything we missed. I can not say enough about Fletcher Jones Mercedes, we purchased 2 vehicles from them almost 4 years prior and we liked our experience enough to return. This time...it was even better. Great experience buying car

Exceptional service

I had worked with Tom in the past and always found him to be honest, professional and go the extra mile for his clients. I was not disappointed. by JFWNPB on 09/06/2014I always hate walking on to a car lot. We went to a local MB dealer closer to home before going to Fletcher Jones. It was as I expected not pleasant. We arrived at Fletcher Jones and began feeling comfortable as soon as we drove on to… the lot. We wondered around a few minutes and were approached by Paul B. I began to get that "here we go" anxiety but Paul was so easy going and no pressure it was a real pleasure to work with him. Another thing I hate is working with a sales rep and then they go "in the back" to figure how they're going to "get you". Paul really only did that once. I knew what I wanted to spend an Paul handled the whole thing up to the finance manager hand off. This is our first MB. I hope Paul is at Fletcher Jones when we are ready for the next.Congratulations on your Mercedes-Benz and welcome to the brand. So yesterday was no exception but I do want to point out that I voiced a concern about my vehicle from a prior visit during my scheduled… Service B appointment. My service advisor, Ray S., researched my issue and expeditiously resolved it. Also, keep in contact with me via text message since I work in law enforcement and cannot always answer phone calls immediately. Technically, I live closer to other dealerships but chose to purchase my current vehicle and the one prior from FJ Motorcars partly based on the reputation of quality customer service. I will drive an extra few miles for excellence I'm all areas. The facility is always clean and well maintained inside and out, the staff are welcoming and professional but Ray S. is the best! I don't feel like I was sold anything that I did not need ! Even a… last minute extra bulb was replaced for free. GLK 350 Purchase

This was our third purchase from my favorite sales person at Fletcher, and as always, I drove away in the perfect car for me. The car I traded in was appropriately valued and the sales manager… worked with my sales person to make the deal I was looking for. I set up an appointment and upon arrival was greeted with the usual warm welcome I have come to expect at Fletcher Jones in Newport Beach. We reviewed my current wish to drive a sexy car, smaller than the ML350, but with a bit of muscle and, after being used to driving an SL 500, I said needed a fair amount of rapid acceleration. Right away I was lead out to this gorgeous GLK 350 equipped with a Sports Package. After a thorough demo of all this car had to offer, we took a test drive. I was blown away by the way it handled. When we returned from our drive, we got down to the business end of things. I never felt pressured and the negotiation was painless. Once we made the deal, I was offered several options such as paint protection, anti-theft option, extended warranty and tire and rim coverage. Each was explained clearly with pros and cons of each. I elected a couple of these options and was on my way within just a couple hours of my arrival. I already love my GLK 350 as much as my SL 500 and my husband's ML 350. We are hooked on Mercedes and are happy to highly recommend Fletcher Jones to all our friends!Thank you for taking the time to rate and review your experience and congratulations on your new Mercedes-Benz. Everyone from the salesmen, the finance people to the techs, everyone is friendly, helpful and just plain nice. I wont be buying… anymore cars from anyone else but Fletcher Jones. I drove up from San Diego. I probably passed 3 or 4 other Mercedes dealerships driving to Fletcher Jone, and I am glad I did!! He made the whole process so easy. He even unloaded my trunk full of lots of stuff… and all the compartments of my car and turned my SRX to the dealership.
