BAIT & SWITCH! Read Yelp Reviews Before Going Here
by t_r1 on 12/27/2014Wish I read their Yelp reviews before heading in, because our experience matched that of so many others now that I've read them. We were interested in buying an ML350 and worked out a fixed price with their Internet Manager before heading… in. We were very clear that we would not waste our time going there without a fixed price because we needed to drive several hours to get there. The Internet Manager would not confirm a price to us until he got approval from his Senior Manager, which he eventually said he did. He said he was making an appointment for us with that Manager so that we could quickly get out the door when we came in. We met with the Manager when we came in. We learned that he was one of the dealership's top management. In front of the Manager, the salesman confirmed the price he offered us on the phone. The Manager refused to honor it. The price he offered us was more than all other dealerships in the area listed their cars for with similar features online (with no negotiating). This dealership obviously doesn't respect its customers and is dishonest at the most basic level.Dear Tamara, I will respectfully disagree with every comment. -Heather Lewis, Client Care Manager

I had never purchased from… Fletcher Jones before but I can tell you that I will never shop anywhere else for a new Mercedes, everything was perfect as it should be from how I was treated, the deal I received to delivery. Lightning Quick!
by britz13 on 12/16/2014I wasn't in a hurry to buy a car, but my boyfriend was and I had mentioned that I might get a new car if he was going to get one (depending on the price). I wasn't in love with the Jetta I currently had, as it was a quick buy (four… years ago) to get out of a very expensive lease I had stuck myself in at a very bad time in my life. My boyfriend decided on the GLA and I loved the CLA, so Michael (FJ delivery specialist) spoke with Paul (FJ Salesman) and worked out a deal for us. I have to say I was dreading going over to the dealership to sign papers because the last time I had done that it literally took 12 hours on Christmas Eve. It took FIVE minutes (yes, that's correct FIVE) for both my boyfriend and I to sign paperwork and leave in our brand new (very beautiful) cars. I have never been more impressed with service than I was Sunday night. And yet again, here is another example of a "you get what you pay for" circumstance. I am hoping to talk my mother into buying one next because the service is unbeatable and it was nice to see so many people just as excited for us as we were for ourselves in our new cars. Michael and Paul are extremely helpful and clearly love cars more than anyone I know (other than my boyfriend). If it weren't for them, this deal wouldn't have happened. Christmas bonus, eh? Andres Segura was also very helpful in providing a variety of options for financing. He made the paperwork process quick and easy. I've owned a lot of cars over the years ranging from Mercedes, BMWs, Bentley, Range Rovers, Porsches, and a Lambo LM002. Presently, I believe the GL350 Blue Tec is the best overall value in the luxury SUV market. Battery failed unexpectedly... no appointment needed!

Gulo Family Experience
by Innissbajan on 10/21/201407:00 on 10/25/2014 was the beginning of a horrible day. 08:00, another disappointment that caused me to leave Irvine and take a ride to Laguna Beach for a cup of coffee from Starbucks...just to relax. After my coffee, my E320 ignition… would not release. What disappointment! Can I have any other bad luck? Three time in a row? I tried over and over until I had to call AAA. The driver tried for an additional 30 minutes with no luck. He suggested that with an Mercedes Benz ignition problem, AAA usually takes the vehicle to a Mercedes dealership. So off to Fletcher Jones. Because of the year of my car (1997) and the cost to repair the ignition problem, the repair would've been more than the vehicle's worth. So that is where my bad day started to change. I was introduced to Pauly Gulo, a sales consultant. By the time we completed our business, I was very happy with my new 2015 C300... Between Pauly, his brother's Christopher & Joey (I call them the Gulo-Connection), along with Eric 'Ari' Kain (Delivery Specialist) my day became much brighter and very successful! My experience with Fletcher Jones and the employees mentioned, made my bad day an array of sunshine! Thanks to all and the Fletcher Jones family! Easy purchase

Came up with a plan to acquire the vehicle I wanted by ordering it from the factory. The nice thing is that it was a relaxed… atmosphere...no high pressure sales job.
