Drove over 360 miles to get a great deal on a 2024 MACH E GT. Online purchase and spent about 30min to complete paperwork onsite. They got me in and out at the price I wanted.

I called Friday evening for a car and after price and other details, i was promised by dealer to hold/reserve my car to pick up on sunday since it was more than 200… miles drive for me. On saturday evening, when i called to check what i need to bring for paperwork, i was told that th ecar has been sold to someone else that morning. They said that reserve/hold has no meaning and whoever comes with cash fast, gets the car. I was not even notified felt and the sales rep/managers were rude and highly unprofessional (i even heard them laughing on the phone over the matter) Stay away from this dealer !!DISHONORABLE Sales Staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to Ford of Montebello negotiated the price of a car, went in the next day and they jacked up the price $1000.The sales manger said that it was illegal for them to sell the car for less than the advertised… price! Even though all "HIS" agents were telling us not to worry they can work with the sticker. Why All the LIES???? Knowing full well that my son needed the car for school and work, We were over a barrel. a day that should have been a joyous day was anything but. I felt like my family and I were raped by this car dealer. I will never give the FORD of Montebello a chance to "Violate" anyone else I come in contact with. I GOT [violative content deleted] at FORD of MONTEBELLO will the slogan I use from now until the end of days. If you go to FORD of MONTEBELLO, Please BEWARE!! Another disrespected customer (Who will shop [violative content deleted] from know on) ThanksVery Informational
