Car buying can be a pleasant experience
by CB on 07/29/2025I recently bought a new car at Sierra Subaru with the help of salesman Jefferey Stevens. The experience could not have been better. Jeff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining elements of the car as well as the overall… procedure. There were none of the dreaded 'hard-sell" tactics or being rushed through the process. I was able to consider all the information presented and reach a decision in my own time. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Jeff if you're considering a Subaru.Easiest car buying experience ever!

They listened to what I wanted and did everything they could to get me to where I wanted to be vehicle wise, budget wise and financing wise etc .… They were not pushy at all. They were very coordinated and not once did I feel rushed or overwhelmed. I used… Costco for pricing and they were very straightforward and transparent. At the end of the day, it was a great experience and everything one could hope for when shopping for a new car. Worth the negotiations.

For our appointment He had a Forester and an outback ready for us to try. In the end we really liked the Forester… but thought it was out of our reach but with alot of time and back and forth, Michael came up with the right numbers and we closed on the 2025 premium Forester!Fernando, We appreciate you for leaving Michael this phenomenal review! Great buying experience

BUT Suburu Monrovia was great and Shayne and Alex were truly helpful, honest and wonderful. They were very prepared and helpful and yet… not pushy and misleading at all!
