Jeff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining elements of the car as well as the overall… procedure. There were none of the dreaded 'hard-sell" tactics or being rushed through the process. I was able to consider all the information presented and reach a decision in my own time. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Jeff if you're considering a Subaru.Nice place
by David on 07/25/2025This was actually a follow-up visit after the last regular maintenance. Had to order a part that needed replacing under warranty. Car was out of warranty by the follow-up visit but still honored the agreement to have it done free.Great Experience at Sierra

Perfect service for my EV

I walked in very unsure of what would be necessary to correct the problem, but she made it very easy, and even gave me a… beautiful loaner vehicle for 24 hours.
