My family recommended I try their trusted dealership nearby in Monrovia. Sure enough, they delivered. I was… particularly impressed with both Mario and Guillermo. They were very attentive and had a sincere approach, which was refreshing. Other dealerships will pressure you for a quick transaction. At Monrovia, I felt like I was treated like family. They even spoke with my family to make sure I was getting the best deal available. I don't ever want to go to another dealership after this great experience. I am so happy with my Jeep now. Purchase of my mom car!

When I mean late, it was around 5:30-6pm, extremely windy and very cold! We had originally gone in to look at an older… year of the car and that is when we were greeted by Salvador Tovar at the used car lot, of the dealership. I was talking with Salvador and he had also mentioned they had a 2024 Grand Cherokee L at his lot. My husband and I took a look at it and went ahead with purchasing my 2024 Grand Cherokee! Salvador was extremely helpful, taking his time in showing us the car as well as looking for the older car I was originally looking for despite the very cold evening! We had gone in with an open mind and were ready to purchase a vehicle, older or newer. Salvador provided us with all the information we needed and made sure to take care of us with some hot chocolate too which we greatly appreciated! We would definitely recommend anyone to go and check out Monrovia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership and ask for Salvador Tovar!
