Toyota of downtown LA does it right.

The salesperson Rudy, was very helpful. I was not planning on buying a car that day, but his calm cool demeanor put my mind at ease. He was very friendly and did a great job offering me a decent deal. The finance guy also did a good job, you have good people working there.

    The service I got was amazing. I took my car to Toyota service and they got my car done within the next few hours. When I believed that I was going to have to leave my car overnight I was pretty surprised and pleased with their service.

    I was a little skeptial since I had my wife and breastfed baby with me but I couldn't put off the maintenence any longer so we went. I told danny about my daughter and he was able to get me really great fast service. I would recommend anyone I know with a toyota to go here. Friendly workers as well.

    It was my first time at this location and Frank was assisting me. He was very helpful and detailed, provided excellent customer service. My vehicle was undergoing a regular schedule maintenance and was completed in less than the estimated time frame. Would definitely return to this location for future appointments.
