He listened and understood what I was looking for, had a match , emailed me the details right then. When I arrived Luis… took me to the car, still in factory wrapping, and answered all my questions. Test drive was fabulous and I bought the car then and there. After all the papers were signed he sat in the car and went over all the buttons until I was comfortably enough to drive away. The whole staff was smiling and happy even though they had to work on our federal observed holiday.chevy tahoe purchase

It was not even a big repair and did not cost much, but he… still did not want me to pay any more than I needed to. The work itself was top-notch. by Abner_T on 09/01/2016Had a tough choice to make between VW, Subaru, and Chevy... all excellent makers. Decided on the Chevy Malibu, as it met all our safety and mileage requirements. Dealt with two representatives at this dealership, and it's good to know… they work closely together, as the transition from one to the other was smooth. Plus, we got the same "story" from both on features, performance, etc. There was plenty of time dedicated by the agent to test drive, look for other colors, deal with financing, go over the features of the car, etc. He acted as if we were special instead of just another victim. The credit manager was quick with the paperwork without making us feel rushed. We've had the unit for a couple of days, but I think we've gotten exactly what we've paid for, in addition to what we asked for/were expecting.Tahoe of our dreams!

I spoke to several dealerships in my pursuit of a new vehicle and none stood out as much as Harbor Chevrolet, thanks to Carlos Pena. Mr. Pena… operated honestly and with a high degree of integrity when dealing with me. The experience far exceeded anything I could have asked for during my shopping period. He delivered exactly what he promised he would and there were no ridiculous back and forth theatrics that many dealers love to make shoppers endure. He quoted me figures over the phone and when I showed up at the dealership, they were just as he stated, down to the penny. This was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. The industry needs more stand up guys like Carlos Pena.Happy Customers

Everything was quick and easy, I did not even have to go to the dealership. Jay offered several options with financing… and got me the car and price I wanted. Jay also had my car delivered and I just signed the paperwork at my house which took about 5 mins. I would highly recommend Jay and this dealership. A+++++++Best car buying experience

A dealership specialist by the name of Andrew Raya let me know that the price i was looking for a used Camaro he… could actually give me a brand new Camaro.
