As usual it was a long process but Rafi calmly and quietly led us… through the process effortlessly. His experience shone through and follow-ups have been just as good. I highly recommend Rafi at Livermore Ford/Lincoln/Maserati. Ordering new vehicles
by StevenG on 06/01/2023We ordered a new vehicle online, it took 7 months to arrive (not the dealers fault at all). The 7 months the dealer experience was not good. We received numerous sales calls trying to sell us other vehicles. It was like no one there was… assigned to our account and they did not talk which each other. I was close to cancelling my order several times. When they had one that we were ready to purchase, they held firm demanding many thousands of dollars added markup over MSRP as well as thousands in dealer add on packages that are very profitable for the dealer. Once our ordered vehicle arrived, the dealer experience was fantastic and they handled it very well.Hi, we are happy we could make your experience a positive one! Thanks again for your business! Lincoln Aviator - Black Label
by Aviator - SJ on 05/19/2023Grant Goo was the salesperson. Absolutely perfect. The finance department, Mr. Jamal Zadran not so much. I purchased my vehicle on April 26, 2023. The vehicle was delivered to my home. I was told copies of my purchase docs would be… emailed to me. I waited patiently. It took several calls and texts before I finally received copies of the documents from Jamal Zadran on May 18. Unacceptable.Would not recommend: commitments not honored

Their sales team and financial team makes you get useless add ons like the 3M stickers on door edges for a highly upcharged price. Since I couldn't turn it down, I decided to… go with it. I checked my car and saw that there was no door lining, when I told the sales team about this, their finance guy, Jamal, mentioned that he would refund me for that add on 399$ value. It has been almost 3 months since my purchase and I have yet to get the refund. I tried calling but whenever I mention the refund they hang up my call. Terrible dealershipRich

Good company, fair prices, good warranty? But run by the wrong personal
by Armando408 on 02/15/2023I recently purchased a car from this plase and for starters when I got there there was no one to be found to help me, I had to walked all the way into the office where 4 gentlemen ware gathered doing nothing. Finally this other gentlemen… showed up ( I wish he would have just ignored me) this guy had no sales personality at all, every question about the product I was throwing at him he would answer either with a solid "I don't know or with a maybe" ( straight fase the whole time) I literally had to figured everything out about the vehicle by my self. I made my mind and Finally decided to purchase the vehicle so we when inside to do the paper work where I had explain that I was just there to pick the car and that my bank had everything ready just to send a check but the sales person keep insisting to make an application the sales person got up and brought someone from management that also keep pushing the application, this manager told me that the they ware going to use my same approval but instead they run my credit and my wife's again without our permission. Yes I still bought the car but mostly because I couldn't denied that I was given a fair price for it. After the sale I tried calling the dealership because I had some concerns about the paper work also my bank need it some stuff from them and I was never able to get through. This dealership sold me a ghost car and pretty much I was also treated as a ghost but thanks for the good priceHi, we are so disappointed to learn of this situation you have described. My bad experience
by AlanBlood on 05/25/2022Inquired about vehicle online . Went to the dealership. Test drove and liked the vehicle . Vehicle had a scratch and I was told it was minor and would be buffered out . Purchased the vehicle and brought back to dealership to have scratch… buffed out . So I was told that the scratch was too deep to buff and now a body shop would have to fix it . So that is when the communications started getting weird. No responses for almost 2 weeks . I was finally contacted direct by a body shop. Was told that repair would take 2 days . I tried to contact dealership and ask about how I was going to get around for those days . I was told to talk to service manager. So I go to service dept . They have no record of the appointment. I was asked to ride BART home even though Bart has no service to my hometown. I was forced to rent a car and pay for it . So basically I bought a vehicle with a scratch and was told that it would be taken care of . But in the end , it was me paying to take care of it and being made to feel that it was my fault for the scenario. I paid three days of my time traveling back to dealership, paid for 2 days car rental and the gas associated with all the travel. I know things happen but the way things went should have been better.Quality Service

by daleruiz on 07/25/2017Problems with the Fiesta clutch, they were sued regarding the failure. I wanted mine checked and they wanted to charge me 100 if it was okay. I drove 35 miles and was told of the charge which they failed to tell me when I was making the… appointment. Then I talked to Dominick Cuevas, service manager, who talked a lot but said nothing, when I asked what about my being in convinced he told me, TAKE IT SOMEPLACE ELSE. If the service manager acts like this how do you think his employees will act. I am warning customers not to be surprised if the employees act like this after you purchase a car. go to another dealership.Not supportive and aggressive to push away!
by mrd on 07/19/2017I went there on July 18 at 16:55 to get some information about Ford Focus RS. When I entered I was trying to get somebody's attention to ask questions. Four of guys who are probably sales were playing on their cell phone. When finally… somebody who was walking out of the building asked me if I've been helped and then called the guy who was playing on the phone, player come to me angry and then when I asked him about Focus RS and told him that I want to test drive it, after he heard my accent he just told me that this car is not for me since it is high performance car and he is not going to bother to let me drive. Of course he wasn't willing to tell me anything about the car. In simple do not bother to go there. Who knows what could come out next, if he gets really angry for interrupting his game.Horrible customer service!!!!! Nothing but trouble. Stay away !!!!
by M_Alaei on 06/29/2017I have had the worst experience with this dealership. I warn anybody not to buy any vehicles from this company. I have taken my 2012 Ford Focus back for transmission problems several times. They have always done the minimum service… required and wasted a lot of my time. The latest issue: My car randomly will not start. With the ignition on, stick shift gets locked in park. It has been very frustrating to deal with the Service department. They are totally incapable of reproducing the issue, or do check the components involved in the process. Their constant excuse is: " we understand!" but they try not to do a damn thing to find the issue. This is my last ever Ford purchase and I would recommend avoiding this company!! Save yourself a lot of headache!!!Worst car repair place ever

You had my car for a total of 10 days - you could never find the issue - even after I told you what the issue was. No apologies - no… admitting to what you did was wrong. I got a second opinion in a matter of 5 minutes and they fixed my car in 4 hours flat. You guys need to go back to mechanic school.Who hired these guys?!
by ladeane on 01/14/2017We were on our way to SFO to pick up our kid and our battery died in Manteca. Got a jump from AAA and called these guys from the road at 1:53. Bought the battery over the phone, parts person (amazingly helpful!) walked it over to service… for us. They had it installed and we were on the road at 2:26. This type of service speaks volumes to us! Thank you ALL so much! We appreciate you getting us to our kid on time! Give these guys a raise!Victor Perez is the MAN!
