Found a great car, with a caveat.
by ToyotaFan46 on 03/28/2016We had a great sales associate who made the experience enjoyable but when we were handed over to finance the associate in that department was extremely condescending and rude. I have a very strong credit score and they refused to match the… price my credit union offered (which most times is a no-brainer for the dealership). At one point the finance associate told me to "stop talking". He then proceeded to tell us he was leaving Toyota because he didn't make any money from the additional warranties, packages etc. This finance associate wasn't the least bit professional, but I did walk away with a car I loved at a good price.Alireza Dawoodi

My sales guy was Ugo, who was very knowledgable and catered to every need I had. The truck is amazing and I couldn't be any… happier. If you want a great salesman that doesn't pressure you and really listens to you then I would suggest you ask for Ugo.Good car buying experience

The Best Car Dealer Ever!

I had exchanged emails with Mack since I live over 100 miles from the dealership. He met us in the… parking lot and welcomed us like family. My kids are a little rambunctious, but they had plenty of room to stretch their legs in the show room. It took only about four hours to test drive the new car, trade in our old car, handle all the paperwork and leave satisfied. This was by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Mack in sales and Ziaur in finance - the ultimate sales team. Thank you guys for being absolutely awesome!We are glad to be a part of your pleasurable experience. Salesperson Don Robertson was frank both about the models pluses and its shortcomings. Straight shooter, no hassles. Best car guy I've ever… dealt with - no sleazy creature like I'm used to haggling with. I actually enjoyed the buying experience, and would ask for him again. Recommended. Same goes for the finance guy. Up front, no tricks, fair priciing.We are glad to be a part of your pleasurable experience. He actually was able to bring the price down even lower in order… for my payment to be manageable.
