    It was easy. A phone call to establish a sales rep. Build a car online. Order it. Take ownership. The only part that is still frustrating is that it still takes a number of hours at the store. It could be MUCH easier than that considering today's electronics.

    I would never buy or lease a car form Jeep in Irvine. I was mislead about the price, felt overly pressured to get a services package. My jeep is a complete lemon. I had the car for over a month and I have drive it for about 2 weeks. the other 2 weeks have been at the dealership for repair . No one returns my text or call about updates. Im actually in the dark on what is going on. I regret doing business with this dealership. Buyer be ware I am beyond upset and feel cheated! I would like my deposit back and return the car with no penalty.

    I'm a picky buyer. I do my research before going to the dealer. But my salesperson is great at finalizing my decisions about model, color, packages, and options. He is patient and thorough, explains everything I ask about, and I end up buying what makes me happy. I get a great price and a great buying experience. Great service, too. That's why I am a 17 year customer, and I'll be back again.

  • Grease on my white seats, door, console and only installed 1 wiper blade

    This is the second time I have been to this dealer for service. I purchased a new 200, bought the service contract and life time warranty. My battery went out at 13 months, I was told by Chrysler Roadside it wasn't the battery but a chip they put it to have it go out as a scam to make money. He gave me the reading on the battery which showed it was good. They wanted to insist it was bad, my boss happened to have a tester ran over and they said they had already changed it, turned out the battery was fine, they ended up not charging me for the new one they put in and figured we wouldn't check the existing one. When I picked up my car the drivers seat and door had grease on them, they are white so it is a big deal and the car is in new condition. The service manager, Don asked me to give them a chance to earn my trust. I took my car in yesterday for a scheduled oil change, I had the advisor look at the seat verify they were clean and he promised me that they would be covered, my car would be washed and I also ordered new wipers. The drivers seat was filthy with oil, my door, the center console all of which are a cream color, I was upset and when they tried to clean it, it became worse, I asked the advisor if they had washed it he said yes and checked the fluid levels, and put my new wipers on. The levels were not checked, I made sure not to add wiper fluid and sure enough they didn't do it, I have oily hand prints on my car on both front fenders, oil spilled on my engine, they only installed the driver side wiper blade. I guess someone else needed the other side or they were on a budget. I paid for both and for them to be installed. After insulting me and suggesting the seats were dirty in a high traffic area, and perhaps it wasn't from them, when they knew they checked it when I came in and were trying to cover themselves. The service manager offered to take my car back again to try and clean the seats, I declined as I do not want them in my car, he said they wanted to make it right, but only on their terms. I work 5 minutes away and said they could send their detailer over today to take care of my seats, it was after I left that I discovered everything else. Don offered again knowing I want nothing to do with them, they sell you service contract and then give such horrible service so you don't want them to touch your car and they make more money off you. I left a message for the general manager and only got a response from someone else after posting a comment on their facebook page.

    This dealer handled our buy back of a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and while that process was smooth thanks to the fleet department, the purchase of our new 2015 Grand Cherokee was not. The dealer advertised our special order vehicle for sale at much lower than my Chrysler special employee pricing I am entitled too. So I contacted the dealer and asked why and that we would now purchase the vehicle at this price. All seemed well and on December 9, 2015 I went in and confirmed the details of the pricing and financing. All was going great, right price, financing and all. On Saturday December 10, 2015 when my wife and I arrived to sign over our buy back and pick up the new car it all fell apart. The sales manager would not discuss the details of the new vehicle but rather pushed that my buy back be signed over first. After being pushed aside and told to transfer my stuff from the old to the new, we finally signed over the buy back. This was 2 hours after arriving for something I was told the night before would take 1 hour. This is when it really got bad. Once we had no more vehicle, we were told that the deal we discussed the day before was out the door and that the dealer had advertised the car incorrectly. The ad was there the morning we drove to the dealer but was removed by the time we started talking numbers. Then another hit, the financing charges had gone up to 5% for a person with 800+ credit (no lie). So now the price and financing are higher than what was discussed. At this point we wanted to leave, but couldn't because our car now belonged to the dealer. No one could come pick us up and the dealer would not provide transport. To further aggravate things, when we asked the sales manager if he could find a different bank, the response was, "you go find a bank on your own and comeback." Being stuck in this situation now, we tried to get a bank but had no luck on a Saturday morning. Now 4 hours later and filled with the most frustration I have had since being in combat, and my wife much the same, we had to agree and buy the car at a price higher than advertised, and discussed the week prior to our arrival. We traveled over an hour to this dealer for this to happen to us. Be warned, this is not a trust worthy dealer. We called the general manager and left messages for a month before finally making contact with him, and to this day (two weeks after a promised call back) we still have no call back. One more thing, the new vehicle also came the a due bill, or promise to apply something to my car. In this case it was the roof rails from my old car to my new car, two months later and they still have not done this, and now Chrysler has possession of the old vehicle and I will never have my promised roof rails. I will stop here on this review, but just know that the service department also lied and failed to perform repairs on my vehicle the week after we bought it. DO not buy a car from here or use the service department here.

About our dealership
