We always seem to be in a hurry, and Massoud gets us in and out very quickly. This proves very… valuable to us. We have had car purchase transactions take four hours at a different dealership--and that was for a no-frills, low-end vehicle. We were in and out in an hour with Massoud. Massoud was quite responsive… and direct. We ultimately chose to purchase the vehicle at a closer location, but that should not at all detract from the quality of our experience with them.Best Salesman

My center consul on my brand new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L randomly heats up and eventually got so hot I couldn’t touch it and started smelling like something was burning. The service… center did not fix the problem as they couldn’t diagnose it. I explained to them multiple times it happens randomly, but the first two times they test drove the car they DID notice it getting warm. I told them right away to keep driving it right then because it would continue to get hotter and hotter and travel towards the dashboard. They would not drive the car for longer.. RUINING the chances of getting this safety issue diagnosed. After a few times not listening to me they finally drove the car around for an hour but of course it wasn’t happening at that time. Since they couldn’t duplicate the problem to the extent I explained they did nothing to fix it. It turned into a whole thing of me trying to get the car bought back as I didn’t want to worry about driving this brand new $60k car worried about something happening to me and my daughters. Eventually, the main manager at the dealership called me and told me to bring my rental car back immediately and that he “wasn’t asking.” Took my two babies alone to go get my car and return the rental last minute, canceling a vacation to do so. They were absolutely horrible. OH— AND when corporate called them to ask about the problems with the new car someone in service LIED and said the problem had been fixed and the car had been picked up. COMPLETELY ruined the case. Now I’m driving around with a brand new $60k car, worried about something happening, and no faith in this absolutely shady, rude, horrible dealership.Purchase Experience
