Excellance

This was the easiest care purchase I have ever done. Everything was done at my salespersons desk. they kept in contact with me by phone every step up the way through my purchasing decision. Super friendly staff and even after I purchased the car, they still contacted me to ensure that I was happy with my decision. This is an A+++++ dealership. Thank you for making my dream come true with my new 2023 Camaro and for being so nice and helpful.

First and foremost, I would like to commend Tessa Riedy. Buying a new car is always a stressful commitment. Tessa made this process a lot easier. She not only listened to what we needed she made things happen. You don't always find a sales person whom actually cares. You have a great sales representative. I've been a satisfied customer since sometime in the late 1980's. When my 1984 Camaro was ready for retirement in 1997, I purchased my first SUV - a Tahoe. Terrific friendly people. I just purchased my second vehicle - a 2015 Malibu. I'm sure that in about 10 years I'll buy my third vehicle from them...can't imagine going anywhere else... These people know very well how to treat their customers. And the do a marvelous job....

Recent car repair at DeLillo Chevrolet

Ivan, as always, provided outstanding service with a smile. He followed up to explain what needed to be repaired, and to tell me about the cost of those repairs. My car was ready earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise, and it is working fine, now. My experience at DeLillo was great overall, as is always the case. However, I did want to mention that Mike, the young man who assisted me with a rental car, didn't display the professionalism and courtesy that is standard for employees of DeLillo Chevrolet. When I went in to complete the paperwork for a rental car, Mike was eating a fast food breakfast, consisting of French fries, among other things. While he was talking to me about the rental car process, he continued to eat his French fries. I found this very unprofessional. I think that the management at DeLillo Chevrolet would agree that employees should not be eating while they are working with customers and they most definitely should not be talking to customers when they have food in their mouths. I felt that Mike's overall attitude and behavior were unprofessional and not reflective of the interactions and customer service that one would expect from a Delillo employee. Maybe it is just because Mike is young and he still has a lot to learn, regarding professionalism in the work place. I feel that Mike could learn a great deal about customer relations and service from Ivan and other long-term, outstanding DeLillo Chevrlolet employees.

Phillip is always so helpful and I have complete trust in he and the mechanics. Best car purchase experience every

Good work bad long term customer service

I had to hold back when they pulled my car in to me and it was not washed especially when the service adviser was telling the cute girl next to me her car would be right up and sparkling clean because they just washed it as a customary service. We have bought several cars at Delillo and this is not the first time this has happened, it seems because we are known maybe the customer service is a bit relaxed....I like a freshly washed car especially if it is offered to other customers.

Great experience for someone who hates buying cars

Wendell was great- great experience with service guys... got a brand new Colorado 2015 right when they came out. Had visited another dealer but I was referred here. Recently got rear ended & have been back to the dealer to get estimates on bumper repair (the truck did VERY well on impact compared to the other totaled vehicle) - great service & convenience even when they aren't trying to sell you a car. This is a win-win business for consumers & I was surprised about how enjoyable this truck buying experience was (this is my second Chevy- prev 2003 Z71 4X4 now I have a 2015 Colorado Z71 2X4). I usually keep my cars over a decade because I don't enjoy buying them. Great Job Delillo of H.B!

Made me feel like part of the General Motors family.

The modern use of the internet and texting capabilities from the internet manager was very convenient for my busy life style. In addition my wife was recovering from Cancer surgery and the sales representative made an extra effort to include her in the buying decision. By taking the test drive vehicle to my home and reviewing with her in person the colors and options when she was unable to go out in public. I can be a very difficult buyer and the entire sales and management staff was able to work with me over a lengthy period of time to accommodate all of individual requests and needs. I am a very happy customer and am excited to give all of my parts and service business to Delillo Chevrolet for the life of the new vehicle. Thank you for making me and my family feel so special and a part of the Delillo and General Motors family.
