  • RUN AWAY FROM HERE!!

    My 2015 outback overheated on me and I took it in for service. They checked a few items that they recommended be replaced. I had some of the work done and it over heated again. I had the car towed into the service department (which they said they would reimburse me for and never did) did the rest of the recommended procedures to fix the car. I got a call from the service manager and they told me I needed to replace the engine, but needed to pay $2,200 JUST TO DISMANTLE the engine to diagnose it properly. That price didn't include any repairs to the vehicle at all. I said no thanks and had my car towed home where a neighbor who isn't even a mechanic spent an hour troubleshooting my vehicle and determined it was a broken water pump. $55 dollars an a little over an hour in labor, the car is back up and running with no overheating issues at all. If I could do a ZERO star review, I most definitely would.

    It has taken months for the dealership to NOW say they don't see a diagnostic problem, even though the problem persists. Instead of working to fix it, they told me to call customer relations. They've lied to me on multiple occasions as to the work they've done.

    This is the best car buying experience (2023 Outback) among the 4 new car purchases over the years. Friendly staffs, willing to accommodate and no pressure sales process. They also provide excellent follow up calls to answer my questions. Kudos to Subaru Pacific’s Arman, Tony, Mark and Jesse!

    Subaru Pacific had the exact model Outback I was looking for,in stock. Viewed it on a Friday evening,and agreed to come back the next day,to handle all of the necessary paperwork. Barry and Jorge had an offer waiting for me,and two hours later,I was at home with my brand new 2023 Outback XT Onyx Edition. Couldn't have asked for better service.

    I was greeted by internet manager Brandon Um, who explained all of the details of service that would be provided for my Subaru Forester. He also briefed me along the way on the steps of the service and how long it would take, since I was waiting while my car was being serviced.

    Gave my car for service on 12/5/2022. It needed new parts. I was told that I needed to prepay. So, I paid over $600 for the parts. I was told that was that it would take 2 to 3 days and they would call me to setup an appointment. That was on 12/5/2022. Finally, they called me a month later (on 1/6/2023) to setup that appointment.

    I had the easiest, most professional, courteous and efficient slaes experince at Subaru Pacific. My test drive vehicle was ready to go when I got there, the sales person was knowledgeable and professional and there was absolutely ZERO pressure. I was able to casually peruse all the various matching vehicles to make a final decision and drove home that night in a 2022 Subaru Ascent Limited 8 passenger with everything I wanted and no frustration. Subaru Pacific's follow-up was a light touch but also being available whenever I picked up the phone to ask a question.

    Called to see if a vehicle was available on the lot. I was told the one that the one I wanted online was sold the previous day. Nancy call me back the same day and made an arrangement and said that the vehicle I wanted will be available in a couple of hours. It was worth the drive going to Pacific Subaru. Nancy, Scott, and Mark gave me amazing customer service. The team there went above and beyond.

    I purchased and have subsequently gotten service on my 2018 Outback at Subaru Pacific. They have been excellent throughout both processes. I live closer to another Subaru dealer here in So Cal but repeatedly come back to Pacific because of their fantastic service. Everyone that works there has such a great attitude and are very helpful. That makes it a no brainer in my opinion.

    On our initial visit to Pacific Subaru we met Bryan Williams and found him to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I test drove a Forester and a Crosstrek. He gave me all the time I needed to get the feel of a SUV. A few days later we decided on a Forester, reviewed the lease program on line and contacted Bryan. It was his day off. We then set up an appointment with Jenni Ransons, the internet manager. Jenni greeted us and made us feel like we have known her for a long time. She introduced us to Thomas DeSaint and Neal Ryke, who guided us through the delivery process. We would like to thank everyone at Pacific Subaru and look forward to servicing our Forester at their new location in Hawthorne.

    I bought a new Crosstrek a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience with Ismail Fazel and Alex. They helped me get the car I wanted for a great price and the whole experience was smooth. I've never gotten in and out of a dealership so fast! Thanks guys!

    I recently bought an Outback at this dealer and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Matt Johnson was my sales rep and put up with my questions about every detail about the car from performance to what every button and knob did. He knew all the answers. Once I made the decision to buy the car, we discovered they did not have the color and model. Matt found one and then went the extra mile, physically, and drove all the way to Ventura the next morning to bring it back to Subaru Pacific so I could have it that weekend. I love the car and really enjoyed the experience with the sales team.

    Wow! What's vibrant, thriving dealership Subaru Pacific is. I first visited in June of 2015 to test drive a Subaru Forester. I was just as impressed with the professional environment and the customer service then as I was on 7/30/16 when I returned to actually purchase my certified preowned 2014 Forester. I was helped by Mr. Chris Pintado and also by Mr. Eric Shields. Both gentlemen were patient and courteous. Mr. Shields was knowledgeable about the product and answered all of our questions concisely but thoroughly. I also liked Chris Pintado's style. He responded to our requests with alacrity and worked cooperatively and efficiently along with Eric Shields. My experience was very positive.
