I was promised the remaining items (splash guards, door guards, floor mats, ...) would be available in a few days. Six weeks later, I'm… still waiting. Getting the remaining items installed has been a headache. The people are nice, but they make promises they fail to keep. There seems to be choatic communication between departments and a lot of new hires in the shop. (On the last trip, I drove off the lot with the hood unlatched.) One hand doesn't seem know what the other is doing. All in all, I've had a dreadful ownership experience. Perhaps the dealer would have been more conscientious if I had purchased from a Glendale salesman. (I made the purchase through a 3rd party recommended by my credit union.) If I had a do over, I'd purchase from another dealer--or at least refuse delivery until the car was equipped with all the purchased options.Car buying experience.

She called me back 15 minutes later with numbers better than… expected for the perfect car for me. I picked it up the next morning. by dvdsbr_ on 10/05/2020I recently bought a 2020 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid from Subaru of Glendale. Mostly everything was fine, and I enjoyed working with my sales rep, Leigh. However, I had a bad experience with a different sales rep, and I think others should at… least be warned if they are going to this dealership. When I arrived on the lot, I was greeted by Jose, who spent a little time with me looking at the Outback. When he asked if I wanted to take a test drive, I answered “Not today” because I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work shortly. He immediately lost all interest, handed me his card and walked off. I thought his behavior was rude, but it was going to get much worse. I continued looking around and became interested in the Crosstrek. About 10 minutes later, another sales rep, Leigh (pronounced “lay”), saw me and asked if had any questions. I asked about the Crosstrek and she answered all my questions. In fact, she spent quite some time with me and we walked around the lot looking at the various models on display, even though I had to get back to work. That’s when “Jose” showed back up and started tagging along. I was like, dude, you blew me off, it’s not your sale anymore. You don’t get to come back and claim it. Leigh was the one building a relationship with me. Jose persisted in tagging along so I basically ignored him. So I told Leigh the same thing, I had to get back to work and couldn’t take a test drive but I could come back Saturday and spend more time. She happily agreed. All cool, right? And she didn’t just walk off disinterested all of a sudden. As promised I came back Saturday, I spent a lot of time looking over the cars, and took a test drive. Leigh’s floor manager came along, and he and I also got along great and built a good relationship. All good. I told them I’d buy the car, and we started the paperwork. Leigh and her floor manager did everything possible to make sure I got what I wanted. The three of us even drove around to their other lot to find the same exact vehicle I wanted with the least milage :) I enjoyed the experience. After the paperwork, I was going to take delivery and Jose shows up again. He and Leigh are showing me the vehicle, especially the electronics and entertainment system. Leigh went off to get my tags, and Jose gets in and starts badmouthing her while she was gone. Said she was new and didn’t know what she was talking about and now he had to go back and re-explain everything to me because she was so new. I actually had no problem with her explanations. She had already got my Bluetooth paired up and got me registered in the Starlink system. No problems. So Jose starts telling me how the navigation system would automatically start navigating to my home address if I simply said “home”. I’m like, no dude, you have to say “hey Siri” first, or press the voice command button on the steering wheel or something like that, it’s not going to just switch destinations because it hears the word “home”. Jose insisted that it did because it had a “gadget” to do that (his word). I kept telling him that’s not how it worked and he got stubborn so I finally just got angry and told him to GET THE [non-permissible content removed] OUT OF MY CAR. After his sexist badmouthing Leigh and then this [non-permissible content removed] about the “gadget” I’d had enough. He got the message and got the [non-permissible content removed] out :) So unfortunately, I can’t give the dealership a full five stars because of this bad experience. I spoke to the floor manager about it and he was thankful that I told him and apologized and everything, so I hope they took my complaint as an opportunity for improvement. If you go to this dealer, Leigh will be very helpful. Avoid Jose at all costs. And if you have any problem, ask to speak to the floor manager Baris. He’ll help you out.BE AWARE UNPROFESSIONAL DEALER

She asked me if I had a few moments and introduced me to the new 2018 Forester. Make a story short, they got… me a brand new 2018 Subaru, lowered my payments and even paid for my service. I love it. Thanks Nicole and Glendale Subaru. You guys rock./Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership
by Boris on 08/28/2017I got the WRX 1 month and 2 weeks ago, I traded in a Ford focus from carmax and still owed to them. They promised they would pay the remaining balance for carmax and I dont have to worry. It took these guys 1 month and 2 weeks, and 7 phone… calls for them to finally do it. Omar, which is the man that was supposed to help me blamed me for the late payment for carmax, he said "You never have time to come to the dealership everytime we call" they never called once for this, I had to call 7 times for them to give me an answer, Omar was blaming me for this and I do not appreciate that at all. I cannot belive they expecb me to pay so muhfor this car and treat me this bad and not do their job right. I do not recommend anybody to come to this dealership ever, worst customer service I have ever experienced. They had me go to the dealership 3 times to "sign papers" because they forgot a few steps, 3 times within the month and I live pretty far from this dealership. I am sick and tired of these people calling me to go to the dealer and sign more papers, its ridiculous! I advise people to go to another dealership or go with another manufacturer.PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, YOU'LL REGRET IT

They used the classic bait and switch tactic of advertising one price hanging in the car and once I was excited, informed me the car was mistagged and was an… additional $5000. On top of that, they rely on us all not being contract lawyers and sneak extras in without consent and once you figured it out and try contacting them to fix the situation, they duck your calls and ignore correspondances. I am still waiting to here from the GM. Stay away from this dealership unless you like being ripped offI would like to formally retract this review. Enrique and Jobe really stepped up and fixed my problem. I apologize for this review and am contacting edmunds to please delete this review
Horrific new car sale customer service
by gflash13 on 04/03/2016Most ridiculous and fraud filled day of attempted car buying. I had a deal through Costco. George Davidagayan found a car that fit what we wanted and told me to come up and get it on Saturday. Got my cashier's check and drove the 40 miles… with my son that was getting the car as a college graduation present. Called George to confirm that we were on the way, get a text from him that he can't pick up because he's in a sales meeting and I let him know that we'll be there in an hour. No contact back. When we get there, there's a problem the original car isn't available and I have to take a different one and that car isn't on the lot and won't be for hours. No call back to let me know of the delay. Fine, agree to the new car and they tell me they'll throw in floor mats but only after I submit a "10's only" on the dealer review that comes later. Again, I agree to the deal and that the car will be delivered to my house at 6pm, pay, buy added parts for the car and head home happy. Check in at 4pm to George who texts back that we're looking good for 6pm. Check in at 5:20 and 5:30. No response. Getting concerned. Sure enough, call the dealership at 6pm and George is still there. The dealership is an hour from my house. Car just got there and is being finished up supposedly. I tell them it's disappointing to once again be delayed with no notice and that I'd like the floor mats delivered with the car that night. George gives me all these reasons no, I tell him I'll still give him his 10-only on the review that they're now extorting me with and he must bring the mats with the car tonight. "I'll check with my manager" George tells me. Except he doesn't mute his cell phone. After a minute of listening to him rustle papers on his desk, he says his manager said no. Ok, I've bought cars before and know the game but never been so blatantly lied to before and I tell him. A lie is a false statement made with the intent to deceive. He nailed that one although he and his manager were "offended" I used that term. Now they're threatening to cancel the deal because they're worried about their 10-only review. Most likely they sold the car to someone else after I already paid for it and signed the paperwork. George finally gives me the "I'm only making like $100 on this car but I"ll drive it down" 5 minutes later the manager, Jay Karacuha, calls. Now I met Jay in the office. Over 40 year old guy that uses the word "awesome" more than my teenagers did during their entire high school years. He now tells me the deal is off and they're canceling my contract. This is after 7pm so I've lost my entire day, been lied to and misled numerous times and then the topper. My check and money are in the safe and everyone is gone and they can't get me my money mailed to me until Monday. Meaning, I can't go to a respectable dealership and buy the car until after my check comes. Worst experience. Worst personnel. Never buy from these guysSuper helpful, nice AND a great deal

What a great experience! Not only did I get a terrific deal on my Forester, I felt like… I was respected. Juan took care of me and was fair and helpful. I didnt feel the need to shop the deal, I know I did well. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Thanks again Juan, you're the best!Very happy!

I really didn't want to deal with the back and forth negotiations with floor salesman so I contacted their internet sales department. JP, the sale… rep, was very responsive and up front. He gave a great deal and time for me to talk it over with my wife without hearing constant excuses from a typical floor salesman telling my how there aren't many left, or how I need this or that. I wouldn't hesitate sending any of my family or friends his way. This was far smoother than I thought and am very happy.Amazing service

MSRP $41483 edmunds app shows $38734 Email from the dealer $40234 $1500 different between edmunds app and the dealer price. I used app because I do not want to spend… time for negotiation at dealership. It takes so much time. In addition, I used Edmuns.com for another dealership few month ago.It worked perfect at the time.new car purchase
by EPA on 11/13/2014Adriana Santana of Subaru of Glendale responded to my edmunds.com inquiry for a new car. got the specs and price quote within a few hours of email exchanges. changed my mind and requested a different car. she located and got me the car… while doing all the work during her two days off work. and then she drives more than 100 miles to pick up the car so i can get it time as promised. can't ask for a better service. wonderful lady! and great car.

These commons are all lies and people can not ask for money that does not belong to them and when they don't get their way then they go ahead and write bad reviews about companies. People do not I repeat do not and will not pay for your mistakes regardless how much you lie.
