Tom is the best!!
by Wvillamor on 03/04/2018My husband and I came to this dealership in the market for the new Chevy Bolt. Our experience was far from great at the beginning but Tom turned it all around for us. We wish we dealt with him first, but at least he was able to help us… anyway. He is one of the most knowledgeable car guy I know. We never had a electric car and Tom delivered all that he knew about this car without getting anything back in return. He spent time calling us to follow up and and staying late to educate us on everything we need to know about our new vehicle. Go to Tom if you want the best experience and the knowledge behind any car. He will not disappoint you!Simpson Chevrolet

Everyone I met at this dealership are all so friendly and personable and it really was a pleasure purchasing a car from… them. I live a considerable distance from the dealership and they provided transportation from my house to the showroom of the dealership where I met Gilbert and many of his coworkers. a positive buying experience
by DickVink on 04/13/2017The buying experience was excellent. Gulber Fierros was our sales contact. He is a true professional and pleasant to deal with. After the papers were signed, he spent several (evening!) hours with us to explain how the features of our new… Tahoe worked. We were impressed with several other departments as well: Richard, in Finance, guided us patiently through the financial process and showed he's very knowledgable. Other managers, such as Clay Rear, checked with us to make sure that we were comfortable with the sales process. Today we had a chance to meet with the Service Department, where Antonio helped us, in a effective and pleasant manner. I would certainly recommend Simpson Chevrolet to anybody.Dick, we sincerely appreciate your feedback. Starting with an email inquiry and ending with the lease of a 2017 Chevy Cruze 48 hours later, everyone was honest, professional and eager to help. Chris Sanchez honored their offer in writing, did not try to… sell me another car and was respectful of my family at all times. The financing dept. already had the documents loaded and it took less than 10 min. to sign all documents and be on our way. Chris took the time to sit in the car with me and explain all of the features. I would definitely return to the dealership and have been telling my friends and family about my positive experience. Im use to spending many hrs at dealerships trying to get the best deal but not here. They offered me all the discounts available… and was able to get about $5000 off the invoice. Its insane that I pay $310 a month for a lease on a 2017 tahoe. They even delivered the car to my house. Thank you Jason!Thank you for sharing your experience with us! Casey went the extra mile and made sure I got every possible rebate available to me including a Costco Giftcard that… I was not even aware of. Anita in the finance department was great as well. The Best of the Best!
by livia317 on 12/17/2016From 1st contact to walking out of finance our experience with Simpson Chevy Garden Grove was above and beyond what we expected! - We are are family that has owned many many cars (20+) so we have had our fair share of dealership experiences… and this was BY FAR the easiest/fastest/no hassle experience we have ever had (especially after having recently dealt with two other less than stellar dealerships...)! Jay Kim was helpful in finding just the right car for us and got us the best deal he could and we was helpful and responsive without trying to oversell or pressure us (our initial contact with him was via the internet and phone). When we finally made it into the dealership we thought for sure we would be able to "squeeze" a little more out of him...in the end we were not able to but thats only because he was upfront from the begin and offered up everything he could instead of just telling us whatever it would take to get is into the dealership. The excellent service didn't stop with Jay either. We also interacted with Eddie Sosa, Jason Arvidson & Jim Gillette and they didn't disappoint! Such a stark contrast from when we visited our "local" Chevy dealership which is such a bummer because with three small kids we are all about convenience. Even though Simpson Chevy Garden Grove is a small trek for us, it is well worth it in our book! We even purchased the maintenance package that requires us to return to (1 of 3) Simpson Chevy dealerships and we have no doubt that the service department will extend the same level of customer service. (On a side note we needed to break a $20 for the vending machine to get our kids a "treat" for being so well behaved while we signed our finance papers...no one had any small bills to break it so Jason simply gave us the couple bucks we needed - its the little things that count right?) We cannot recommend Jay & Simpson Chevy Garden Grove enough and won't hesitate to send our friends and family their way. He made the entire transaction smooth and seamless. His no pressure… attitude was what I loved most about him. He is also a very positive upbeat guy. Outstanding Fleet Manager
by Spa1477 on 10/23/2016updated 11/03/2016I am sure most people dread shopping for a new car especially when it comes down to price., with all the haggling etc. Anyway, I have bought through the Costco Auto program before and remembered that was the easier route. So when it came… time to buy a family car, again I went through Costco and was even more surprised how smoothly this all went. I was contacted by Fleet Manager Jay Kim, who said he just needed to ask me a few questions about the car that I wanted (Tahoe) and said he would email me pricing. Wait ...what!!! I know right😳 Sure enough he emailed me my price and had the vehicle in stock and asked if the price was okay and did I want to come in and take it for a test drive. He also told me that Costco had just put together a new program and to go back on the Costco website and register for the Special GM offer for a $700 Costco Cash Card with an executive membership if I buy a GM car. Wow!! Talk about being on top of his game! Of course I had a few more questions in the days leading up to when I could actually make it in for the test drive and he responded to every text & phone message from both my husband and I. I have never met such a sales man who enjoyed helping people get what they want. We couldn't have been more pleased with our new Tahoe or our auto buying experience! From start to finish Jay and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and helpful in finding the right truck for us. We weren't sure… about which truck to purchase, speaking with the Sewell Gutierrez from their service apartment about the benefits of the Duramax options really helped us in choosing our 2500HD. Sewell even took the extra time to walk me through more of the mechanical aspects of the truck after we already bought it. Jay was patient with us in figuring out the different options we were looking for and throughout the whole process was extremely helpful. He even called me the morning I was scheduled to come in a pick up my truck to advise me on how to save some extra cash with a new rebate that had just come available! They're Tech guy Eddie was a great help in showing me all the new features with the truck. I went through the Costco program and received an email from Jay Kim immediately. We set an… appointment for the following day and he met me outside. We went into his office where he showed me the pricing sheets and vehicle options. We then went outside to test drive. The particular color and options were not available on the lot that day, so Jay had one delivered from another lot the next day. I came back, purchased the Tahoe with great customer service and drove away extremely pleased with the price, product and service. Best Experience Ever!!!

Each time feeling more and more pressure to buy something and settle on a price that I frankly wasn't… sure I wanted. All of that changed when I met Jay Kim from Simpson Chevrolet. It took one phone call, one quote, one test drive, and the deal was done! Jay made sure that I got the best deal possible, including all applicable rebates available for my 2016 Silverado. When I told Jay that my work schedule wouldn't allow me to go and pick up the truck, he had it delivered to me at work. Signed all of the paper work at my office and had keys in my hand and a new truck within 15 minutes of the truck being delivered. Simpson Chevrolet and Jay will be my dealership of choice for many years to come. I will definitely be referring friends and family members!
