by nantiqua on 10/21/2019I haven't dealt with a car dealer in over 20 years, but, as soon as I arrived, I was greeted at the door by Vick asking what he could do to help me. When I told him my situation and the circumstances around it, he quickly knew what to do… and what to show me. I would call Vick a specialist in his field. It made me realize I didn't need to go to another dealer, and that what I needed was going to be right here. I didn't purchase the car on the first night though. I came back the next day to speak with the finance specialist, Ray, and he totally worked everything out in my favor to where I was happy, almost crying tears of joy! I am now the proud owner of a pre-owned 2011 Acura MDX tech package, fully loaded w/ entertainment package as well. I am a happy customer and happily recommend the specialty team at Acura of Fremont! Thanks guys for making this a seamless experience~Very kind and respectful sales man 👍🏽

She was very helpful and honest throughout the negotiation, she knows all about the vehicle and gave good advice too,… about the trim level and options you need. Branda is very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and patient with all our questions and concerns. Highly recommended!Pain free / easy experience

I showed the email to one of their sales, at first they said they can match the offer and may give a better offer. Then the sales manager Alex… called me, I thought it might be some good news, but that guy is so arrogant and told me they cannot match the offer because they provide better service and finance. It is so ridiculous to me and I told him I will get the car with better price, he just hanged up. Will never get a car from this place.Excellent service

The Sales Person, Michael Tieng , here went over all the features of the car. He let me test drive the car not just on… the streets but on the freeway as well which the other dealers were hesitant. Towards the end they were able to get me the right color , right package and right price. There was no going back and forth on the price and I walked out pretty quick. I am extremely happy with their service and would highly recommend others to visit and buy car from this place.WOW

He accommodated test drive of the selected vehicle on the spot, patiently answered all my questions, stayed beyond the working hours to ensure the vehicle delivered with good quality. Next day (post-vehicle sale), he made sure I got an early morning appointment with sales representative to address a minor issue as promised during sale. Can't ask for more.
