by Ernesto on 10/12/2022I bought a nice lifted 2019 Ram, the unit was delivered to my job. The gentleman parked it and we started to sign docs. When I can out of work the tire was flat. Smh 2 screws on the rear left side. I texted the sales manager and he text… back that he was going to talk to a manager. NO CALL BACK. Lets continue... the truck hasn't been moved because I haven't been home, I open the door and realized that a product that the stated that was going to be installed wasn't installed (door guard) paid $99.00. Texted him no reply no call back! This morning I go to get the truck washed to I can drive it for the actual first time since the test drive and while washing it I realized it has a hole in the roof. I didn't even bother texting or call the dealership. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞. I haven't made the first payment to the finance company and I have already spent $160.00 to remove the rim/tire and patching it, $99.00 on a product that wasn't installed. Now I will be spending 1600.00 in covering the hole in the roof.Dream Come True !!!

A dream come true happen that day September 30th will always be remembered buying my dream truck and it having to be the smoothest car buying experience… of my lifetime, Jesus literally made the negotiating so easy really felt good about my deal Jesus and Seth will do everything to give you the best deal in town be sure of that a big thank you to my guy, Mike and getting all my paperwork ready and getting out there within 30 minutes of my purchase. Will explain to you in detail and try to put every option available on the table for you for your extended warranty and all the perks of securing your purchase I am forever grateful with SunRise Ford thank you guys once againGreat experience!

The entire process of the test drive, financing and excepting delivery was a breeze. Andrew… Stephens delivered the vehicle to my home in Upland. My experience was 5 out of 5 Stars. We wont comp you anything for there mistakes if u dont like it go somewhere else we will sell it to the next person. I will never go back to this dealership. I wish ford… can cut the middle man out so no one has to go through this crapAWFUL, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE [non-permissible content removed]
by TgrLvr69 on 03/15/2022We went there to trade in a car and get another one. COACH (Mark Powell) lied and then stole our keys. Seth and Coach keep telling us things that they were doing and the stuff that was included in our contract. When it come time to sign the… paperwork there was Nothing in the contract that was discussed, They had no problem taking our down payment but just kept lieing and lieing about everything. When my husband decided that the lies and games were to much he said no deal. When we asked for Coach we were told several excuses about his whereabouts. i approached the desk where Jim Snively & Al Orodonez were sitting there. I asked where Coach was and Al stated "oh he had a Dr app". Then he said about 5 minutes later oh he took a car to Ontario, he will be back in 30 minutes. Coach told my husband he went to pick up his grandson. So as Managers no one knew where this associate was but he was in possessions of stolen property. All of them kept making excuse after excuse of where he was, So when he finally arrived back at the dealer he pulled through the parking lot and threw the keys at my husband and said nothing, This is a Horrible way to have customer service.Not the whole truth
by HB on 12/28/2021Beware of what the Sales Department tells you. They will not disclose, at the time of sale, that several of the options require additional subscriptions after 90 days. The first you will know about this as the consumer is when you get… notification from Ford Motors that a $80.00 payment is required to continue the use of the Navigation System that you were sold with the vehicle. Believe me its not really the money its the principal, no one ever advised us of the subscription fee. When we inquired about it we were told Oh just use your phone app. I thought much higher of Sunrise Ford before this, I am very happy with my truck, however I will not use any further services from Sunrise Ford . I will take my business to another Ford Dealer in the area. And NO, I would not recommend Sunrise Ford to any family or friends.
