I got follow up calls when I saw something on line and they got right back to me. I even got my… car delivered as I am 81 and it was so rainy I was afraid to drive in the rain at night in a different car I was not yet used to. Great service always

The repair team always does a good job and if something isn’t right afterwards which is rare they will get me in right away to make any corrections.Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us! Resist All- Graphene Coating
by Lstoner on 05/18/2024First scheduled appointment on the 15th was canceled while en route to visit. Was told they do not do this service (resist all) this late in the day (330pm) due to it taking 2-3 hours. Which when we were scheduled we were told it takes… 1-1.5 hours. We rescheduled for the 17th at 11am. We showed up at the dealership first because we were not told services were done elsewhere to then be told the location was 2 miles up the road. We showed up right at 11am to wait 20 minutes for an advisor. This advisor told us we had an appointment the 15th not the 17th. Advised him of the issue we were told before and he assured we would get our service today. After getting our information from us he asked again what we were there for (which this was now the 3rd time we’ve told someone this). He said “oh I cannot help you with that, you need to speak to Sammy.” He advised to stay in the car and he would go get her. While now waiting 30-40 minutes two more employees came up and asked if we had been helped yet because still no Sammy. Finally Sammy arrives and takes the car key for service. 2 hours later. When arriving at reception to check out the girl seemed confused who our advisor was but finally came back with our paperwork, had me sign one sheet, gave us the key, and said the car was out front. After looking for our car out front 5-10 minutes we found it sitting in the service alleyway. We packed our car and 3 year old up and left not happy with our service whatsoever.Thank you for your feedback, please know that we are looking into your concerns and will reply back to you soon.

Ongoing Frustration
by Angela M on 05/13/2024We bought the car from Folsom Lake Toyota with lots of issues that weren’t caught. When I called to rectify them, someone in the service department was very condescending so we ended up at Roseville. They found $7k worth of repairs, claimed… they fixed them and they did not. Back to Folsom. The rep didn’t tell us the service department was not at the dealership so we were late. I told the person I made an appt with that we needed a rental car as we live far. When we showed up, there was not one available. It was again blamed on the call center. An Uber was provided which was appreciated but we were then stranded at our destination. I provided a video to show proof of what was wrong with the vehicle but since it didn’t repeat for the tech, no problem was found or fixed. Nothing malfunctioned while there so after 6 hours, over an hour of driving and a LOT of frustration, nothing was resolved. I just don’t feel like I should have to leave my vehicle there for days for something to be resolved. Especially if a rental isn’t guaranteed even when one is indicated as needed. The finance manager was sooo bad trying to intimidate buyers into the extended warranty.
