we have purchased previous vehicles from this dealership so we knew what to expect. This time around they were very patient with my wife as she continued to change her mind regarding colors and trim models. We probably went through about five or six vehicles before we settled on the final one and the guys were patient with us. Most of all they were trusting, since the process took several days for us to get through. They took us for a word that we wanted to do business with them and never once tried to force a sale upon us.

I have driven many types of Cars and was looking for something new. I checked out many cars until I came across the S90. It is a sexy car. I went to several Volvo Dealerships in So. Cal. but none of them compared to the professionalism of Tony, Ram, Rosie and their Team. They were able to get me in the car I wanted at the payment I wanted. It was a great deal and I couldn't pass it up.... A lot of Dealers will quote you a number just to drag your feet in and when you get there those numbers change. I had nothing but full transparency with the Culver City Team, which made my purchase extremely easy and pleasant. Thank You Culver City Volvo!!!

Best Car Buying/Leasing experience I've ever had.

Like most, car buying/leasing isn't something I look forward to but all that changed on 1/2/18. Everyone I interfaced with at Culver were knowledgeable, friendly and had a smile on their face. More telling, so did all the customers. My salesman, Frank Guzack knew the cars inside and out, he followed my lead, realized I had done my research and it lead to a great experience. Maria Alerta, the sales manager was lovely. Yes, I said, lovely. she walked me through all the numbers with patience and explained everything. I didn't feel in anyway that she was trying to hide anything. Last, but no least Charlie Lagua, the finance manager kept the momentum going, he got me through the paperwork quickly while still explaining everything. I'm a convert and I'm going to start every new car search with Culver Volvo and will steer all friends and colleagues. They sell Mazda's too.

Love the car and the dealership

Did my homework and decided on the CX-5 Touring model. Consider myself a smart but fair guy so i gave the dealership who allowed me to test drive the car a chance to sell me the vehicle but they had no inventory. Now that I felt free to shop around i called the dealership who claims to have the largest selection in Los Angeles and got a quote over the phone but when i arrived it was all finance games and hidden fees which surprised me since i have an 820 credit score. Then i made call to my local dealer, Culver City Mazda, got a quote over the phone and made an appointment to go after work on a Tuesday night. Needless to say the experience was first calss. No games, no hidden fees and was in and out within an hour. The kids were happy since we were done before they could even really start their homework in the lobby.

I came up from San Diego to work with Tony to get my new car. He made the whole experience so easy, fast and convenient. I was looking for a hard to find model and Tony ordered the car from the factory and got it in when promised. Other dealers wanted huge deposits and much longer lead times. They made the process very easy, time efficient and did exactly everything they said they would do (which has not always been my experience when buying a car). Helpful and honest. I requested a sales person was not going to play salesman with me somebody who is straightforward and knowledgeable. I got that in Edward. He was personable without being phony. And in addition laid out the lease versus purchase options and straightforward and numerical way. Edward is just a very decent guy.

My experience with Culver City Volvo is superb. The sales culture at this dealership is free of sales pressure and Tony Tehrani is absolutely the best I have ever encountered. Most definitely, I highly recommend Tony Tehrani at Culver City Volvo, he is very professional, respectful and always puts attention to detail in providing responses to his clients. I was looking at two dealerships, but Tony Tehrani made the difference along with a great car at a very good price. To all readers, you cannot go wrong with Culver City Volvo and Tony. The no pressure sales tactic, understanding of my needs as a client, the knowledge of the product and patience of Richard, the salesperson, were truly exceptional. Before going to Culver City Volvo, I went to Galpin Volvo and was so turned off by the salesperson and sales manager I almost thought about looking at another brand of vehicle for my next purchase. The reason is because at Galpin Volvo I felt like the salesperson and sales manager were more interested in making a sale rather than understanding my needs. I'm so glad I gave it one more shot at Culver City Volvo because it's been almost one week since I bought the car and so far I and my family love everything about it.
