Culver City Volvo Cars

Like most, car buying/leasing isn't something I look forward to but all that changed on 1/2/18. Everyone I interfaced with at Culver were knowledgeable, friendly and had a smile on their face. More telling, so did all the customers. My salesman, Frank Guzack knew the cars inside and out, he followed my lead, realized I had done my research and it lead to a great experience. Maria Alerta, the sales manager was lovely. Yes, I said, lovely. she walked me through all the numbers with patience and explained everything. I didn't feel in anyway that she was trying to hide anything. Last, but no least Charlie Lagua, the finance manager kept the momentum going, he got me through the paperwork quickly while still explaining everything. I'm a convert and I'm going to start every new car search with Culver Volvo and will steer all friends and colleagues. They sell Mazda's too.
