The no pressure sales tactic, understanding of my needs as a client, the knowledge of the product and patience of Richard, the salesperson, were truly exceptional. Before going to Culver City Volvo, I went to Galpin Volvo and was so turned off by the salesperson and sales manager I almost thought about looking at another brand of vehicle for my next purchase. The reason is because at Galpin Volvo I felt like the salesperson and sales manager were more interested in making a sale rather than understanding my needs. I'm so glad I gave it one more shot at Culver City Volvo because it's been almost one week since I bought the car and so far I and my family love everything about it.
